ARJUN'S POV

It's been a week we came back to Mumbai.

Delhi, made things take a turn. I don't know what kind of turmoil was there inside my heart.

Coming from there, Naina too felt keeping her distance from me which I of course hated.

Ananya on the other hand, sorted out with me where as her father was again talking about fixing a marriage date.

I don't know what things have changed but something for sure changed which I ain't able to see.

Or may be you don't want to see!!

I looked at the 40% shares of the company I wanted to buy so badly.

But the 60% shares were of Goenka's.

And of course, the 40% would be mine if I marry Ananya.

Honestly, why not to just get married and get it done with. I mean, Ananya and I've been together since 7-8 months. And if one day eventually I've to get married then why not just get it done with.

At least everyday my mind won't play games with me.

"Your coffee is getting cold" Mom's voice came and I looked at her.

"Mom, come na" I said looking at coffee and kept the cup on table.

"What are you thinking? " She asked

"Nothing. Just, some work" I replied

"Ananya's mom called. " She said

"What was she saying? " I asked

"She has a get together arranged for her club day after tomorrow, and she wants me and your chachi to attend that" She sighed

"Oh" I mumbled

"Arjun. I don't like Ananya" Mom said and I looked at her.

"what do you mean? " I asked

"She...she seems more like a business deal then daughter in law of Singhania's" She told

"Mom, you know right how important the shares are for me. I need to buy those. The stocks will go in air. With hospitality industry, Singhania's will rule the textile industry too" I explained

"Don't make a deal out of your life Aru . You need a permanent person not her" Mom said

"Mom, Nothing in this world is permanent " I replied

"It's just a small function. Please attend it" I added and left the room when I got Ananya'a call.

"Hey baby" She spoke

"Hello Ananya" I replied

"Okay, so baby, I'm coming to your mansion tomorrow " she said 

"What! Why?" I asked 

"What do you mean why. I want to see you. Can't I come?"She asked while I sighed.

"Yeah fine. Okay" I replied 

After wrapping up the work for saturday, as usual I went to court playing tennis and I don't know what anger I was lashing out in court today.

It was again 3 am when we reached home.

"Ananya is coming today. She'll be here for half day" I told

"What! Anyaay (Injustice) is coming! Why" Ruhaan groaned

"Stop behaving this way Ruh. " I told

"Aren't you & Naina talking?" Nishant asked this time

"She's not talking properly. And honestly, I don't care. I didn't do anything" I stated
