"Katsuki would've come, if he hadn't seen me." I signed to Izuku as he pulled back to look at me.

"What do you-"

"I annoyed him... It's my fault the mission failed." I kept crying.

"Y/n!" He grabbed my shoulders. "Don't blame yourself!" He cried even more. "I don't know what was going through Kacchan's head, but I think there's more going on!" I shook my head.

"No you didn't see the way he looked at me-"

"Y/N I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM SO THIRSTY!!! QUIT BLAMING YOURSELF!!!" He shouted. My eyes widened.

"Izuku- what the?!" My mom's eyes widened.

"He took one look at you in that pantsuit and looked ready to take you and leave! The amount of restraint he had was admirable! But honestly, I would've preferred that outcome over this!" He gripped my shoulders. My eyes widened. I wasn't sure if what Izuku was saying was true... But I wanted to believe him, I really did. But that little voice in my head told me not to. I slowly nodded and he hugged me again. "We'll get him back Y/n. Someday somehow. I promise." He whispered. I hugged him back and nodded.

"Alright Izuku, we should probably let her get some rest." Mom sat her hand on his shoulder. He sighed and nodded. He pulled away from me and put my phone on the bedside table.

"Bye Y/n, text if you need anything. I'll be there as fast as possible." He ruffled my hair before he and Mom walked out. I reached to the bedside table and grabbed my phone and the box of tissues. I blew my nose and searched for a trashcan, finding one on the floor by the bed. I threw the tissues into the trashcan and laid back down.

This sucks...

Annoying...

Suddenly, the door opened again. I assumed it was Izuku, but I looked up and saw Gang Orca. "Hello again, Y/n." He sat in the chair by my bed. He had a few bandages and bruises, but nothing serious. "How are you feeling?" He asked with a soft expression.

"... My feet hurt, my throat hurts, my body hurts, and I couldn't speak even if I wanted to." I signed.

"... I meant emotionally, but that works too." He stated.

"... Oh." I got slightly flustered.

"So what happened for you to be unable to speak?" He asked.

"Too much Electricity." I declared.

"Mm... I'm sorry." He looked at the ground.

"It's not your fault." I signed in his view.

"If we had taken All for One's presence more seriously, we probably could have fought him and taken Bakugou back." He stated. "But, now, all we can do is move forward. The police are already trying to locate the League again. And the media is even worse." He sighed softly.

"How's Best Jeanist? I noticed he took a nasty blow to the gut." I asked.

"He's still alive. Unconscious, but alive." He informed. "Also, you probably didn't see it last night, but All Might is now retired. He revealed himself on television."

"Skinny Might?" I tilted my head. He nodded. "... Things are about to change, aren't they..." I stated more than I asked.

"Definitely." He agreed. "Try not to focus too much on it, just try to rest for now. You're still just a kid, I'd hate to see you hurt yourself again while trying to do the job we pros should be able to do on our own." He smiled softly.

"I can't guarantee I'll keep my head out of your business, but I'll do my best to stay in one piece." I chuckled.

"That's all I need." He laughed. His phone rang. "I gotta go, rest up little torpedo ray." He ruffled my hair before he left.

A//N: Fun fact, Torpedo Rays can produce around 8-220(?) volts of electricity and can swim at 60 mph (Partially why it's y'alls nickname from Gang Orca since 1, the electric quirk, 2 y'all are super fast, and 3 Orcas are saltwater(?) animals and Torpedo rays are as well)

What's up with people ruffling my hair? I thought to myself. I shrugged it off and stared at the ceiling. Over the next few days, I got a few visitors. Mainly consisting of Denki, Mom, Izuku, Shoji Yao-Momo, and Todoroki. The rest of my classmates didn't visit, and I couldn't blame them. The last time I had spoken to them, I was extremely hostile. I sighed, still unable to speak as I stared at the ceiling. The doctors wanted to hold me for a while longer to see what they could do, but nothing seemed to work. I believe my vocal cords are fried. When I mentioned it the doctor got upset, saying stuff like "Who here has a medical degree? Oh yeah, me."

Insecure much? I wanna punch him. I sighed. Suddenly, the door opened to reveal my mom and Aizawa. I sat up and looked at them curiously.

Aizawa approached my bedside. "Hey. How are your injuries?" He asked me.

"Most of the pain is gone, but I'm pretty sure my vocal cords are fried." I stated with a shrug. "The burns are healing, but they've left scars along my arms, legs, and neck."

"Hm. Well, welcome to the scar gang." He cracked a joke. My eyes widened. Aizawa? Joking? Since when?! "Anyways, we've got some good news and bad news. Which do you want first?"

"... The good news."

"Good news is, we ran into Bakugou." My ears perked. "Bad news is, he fought back." I frowned. "He didn't say a word and then disappeared when he had the chance." He stated bluntly. "I don't think we'll be able to convince him to come back with words alone... You have that second quirk, right?" I perked.

"Aizawa that was not what we discussed!" Mom walked up to my bedside. I flinched.

"Mrs. Midoriya." Aizawa turned to her. I looked at Aizawa. "Please, at least hear me out." I looked back at Mom.

"... Fine." Mom crossed her arms. I looked back at Aizawa.

"Thank you." He bowed his head before looking back up at me. "So, Y/n. What do you say about a mission?"
