A/N: This will sadly be the last Sunny POV chapter.

SUNNY went into his room, closing the door behind him. He felt so empty and hollow without Basil, he needed him. He needed him so he can fe-

He shakes his head, he didn't want to have another breakdown. He knew how bad it was last time... He takes a deep breath, attempting to calm himself. He couldn't let his parents know that their son was having a psychotic breakdown. Not that they would notice, they were a tad bit too oblivious when it came to his mental health. He knew he couldn't rely on his parents to provide the emotional support he desperately needed. They seemed to dismiss or overlook his struggles, preferring to maintain a facade of normalcy rather than acknowledging the depth of his pain.

SUNNY lightly scowls, his parents are absolutely USELESS. But that was fine, all he needs is Basil and his pain will surely go away. After all, HE understands, HE knows and HE loves him... right?

A shout could be heard from downstairs, it was his mom.

'Honey, come downstairs! Dinner is ready.', She yells.

SUNNY rubs his eyes in frustration, he yells back, 'I'll be right there!'

Reluctantly, SUNNY turned his gaze towards the mirror, confronted by a scene of disarray. His reflection stared back, bearing the unmistakable marks of a tumultuous ordeal. His once neatly styled hair now resembled a tangled mess of dark strands, as if he had weathered an unrelenting storm.

The flickering light in the room casted eerie shadows, accentuating the weariness etched on his face. His complexion appeared pale and worn, a testament to sleepless nights and unyielding stress, highlighted by the lines of countless worries etched across his features. The dark bags under his eyes resembled smudges of charcoal, betraying the weight of the burdens he carried.

Although not immediately apparent, his clothes were in disarray as well. Hints of crimson stains had seeped into the fabric, concealed within the folds and creases, telling a harrowing tale that only he truly understood.

SUNNY took a moment to collect himself before deciding to fix his appearance. He knew that even though he felt broken inside, he had to maintain some semblance of normalcy for the outside world, especially in front of his parents. With a heavy sigh, he walked towards his closet and rummaged through it to find a clean set of clothes.

His hands still trembled slightly as he changed into a fresh outfit, trying to ignore the pain in his arm as he pulled the shirt over his head. As SUNNY changed into a fresh outfit, he couldn't help but notice the lingering ache in his arm. He took a moment to adjust his sleeve, concealing the bandaged wound as best he could.

Once dressed, he turned his attention to his hair, still wild and unkempt. He grabbed a brush from his dresser and began running it through the tangled strands, each stroke an attempt to restore some order to his appearance. He needed everything to be PERFECT, his hair can't be a mess, it just couldn't.

He stopped himself and exhaled shakily. He was acting like HER again, wasn't he? Only SHE had her hair perfect and without strands. When did he ever take on that stupid habit of hers?

He gripped onto the brush tightly and goes back to combing his hair. If he doesn't think about it,  SHE isn't controlling him.
