"What's wrong? Why are we doing this?"
"You'll see," was the only answer she got.
The girl let her best friend guide her towards the restroom and into one of the stalls, where she saw Elana who had the biggest smile on her face.
"Hey, what's up?"
Elana giggled before replying to her friend's question. "I just had my first kiss with Matthew Sturniolo! It was so good. He's such a sweet guy. But after our kiss he ran off pretty quickly, which was kind of weird but I assume he did it to go tell his brothers how amazing our kiss was!"
She said it with such pure excitement that Esti couldn't get it over her heart to ruin it for her by telling her that Matt was not with his brothers.
"Oh my God, how exciting!" Esti smiled, despite the fact that she was not excited at all.
"I know right, I'll go find him again," Elana smiled again before leaving the bathroom to look for the boy she had just kissed.
When she was fully out of sight, Jasmine turned her head to Esti with a concerned expression on her face. "You think she's getting played?"
Esti sighed. "I don't know," she replied with honesty.
