'Daddaaa...look at my hands...isn't it cute?' she showed her tiny little hands which had little moon and tiny dots made of Henna. It was her first time applying it and she looked super excited. It had been a week since I came to New York. Everything was great. We got to know that Camellia is planning to go to India this week. Neil's men were keeping an eye on her but we wanted to make sure to avoid any kind of drama, we had to tell Sharada aunty everything well in advance.

Shankar Anna had still not taken a call but he was happy seeing my growing bond with Roshni. He even thanked me yesterday for making his daughter genuinely happy. On the other side I didn't want a thank you from him. I genuinely loved this kid. If that accident hadn't happened, even I might have had a cute little baby girl of her age today. It felt like destiny showed me a reflection of my own baby. I was spending all my time with her. She even loved to sleep in between me and Neil on our bed.

And the progress is so much that the girl who loves sleeping on either her Dadda's chest or her Popsy's chest, now prefers my lap. It kind of fills my heart with a whole flood of emotions. I want to protect her and I think our family would best be able to do the same. Roshni deserves everyone's love and so does Shankar Anna.

'Anna we have decided...we will be going to India tomorrow!!!' Neil announced and Shankar Anna was shocked. He saw me and then looked at Roshni whom I was feeding with my hands. He hesitated but eventually said

'Ummm why...I mean you can stay here a little more' when Neil said

'No Anna...we have to tell my mother everything before Camellia spits poison in our family. I don't want anyone to hate you or Shine' he said caressing Roshni's face. Shailaja understood and quickly took Roshni along with her.

I looked at Shankar Anna and said 'Anna I know you are scared. But please understand that this is the best for you as well as Neil. Don't let Camellia play with your lives. It's tough to tell Roshni that Camellia is her mother but it's necessary that she knows it. And when she'll learn it, she will have the entire family by her side. Camellia is manipulating Roshni with gifts but we will shower her with true love and I'm sure the child will gradually understand. Also Anna come along, that's your family too. Your father may have done injustice to your mother but that does not still deny the fact that you are the heir of Nayaks. Please Anna...say yes!!!' I looked at him with hopeful eyes and he nodded. I smiled happily when Neil pulled him into a tight hug saying

'I don't know how everyone would react but you must know you are no less than Ken bro for me okay?' and Shankar Anna nodded and patted his back.

But then Shankar Anna said something that left me confused 'I have agreed but I don't know if those two will agree Neil...you know them.' he said and Neil nodded saying 'Dont worry...I'm sure we will slowly make them understand too!!!' and I raised an eyebrow asking

'Who two? What are you both talking?' and Neil looked at me and said

'Avanthi...I have always heard Mukta Vanni say that we are a bunch of grumpy disobedient men because none of us have sisters. Well let's say...not anymore!!!' and I was shocked.

'Whatttt???' to which Shankar Anna smiled saying

'We have sisters Avanthi...not one...two!!! And one of them...you have already met!!!' he said with a smirk and I was confused. That's when he took me to his room and showed us a huge portrait hanging on the wall and I gasped so loud that Neil burst out laughing.

'Srishti??? As in my bo...boss? How on earth?' I was shocked when I saw a picture of Shankar Anna, Srishti and another young teen standing next to them in the picture.
