After living on just rice and fruits for months, having three whole batches of meat was not a good idea. But Evi didn't know any better before.
"Fuuuuuuuuucccccck-" she whined as her stomach cramped in pain.
She was curled up in a ball for hours as she tried to sleep but couldn't. The pain was too much.
"Nah. I need to puke" Evi shot up from bed and ran out of the camp. As she secured much distance from them, she hurled EVERYTHING out just when she heard a bloodcurling scream
"AAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH"
"Dussashan?" Evi could decipher it was him. She dashed towards the noise and halted as she saw the spectacle in front of her.
"DUSSASHAN!" She screamed in horror as she saw a huge monster clutching his body in one hand, slowly reaching upto its mouth to engulf him.
Evi activated her night vision and flew right towards the monster's hand.
Dussashan who was too horror struck couldn't even decipher what happened. One moment he was in the clutches of the monster and the next he was thrown onto the ground.
He shuddered and shook his head to bring himself back to the reality. He looked up as he saw that now instead of him, it was Evi who was being eaten.
"NOOOO!!!" Dussashan screamed but he heard a scream back
"DON'T JUST SIT THERE! CALL YOUR FUCKING BROTHER!" Evi said as the monster tried to bite her head but she pushed open his jaws. "GO FAST!!!"
Dussashan was too scared to even comprehend what had happened that he just ran away screaming on the top of his lungs "BHRATA HELP ME!!!"
Evi shifted her focus back onto the monster. Judging the distance between the camp and them, it was going to take atleast 15 minutes.
"Shit-" Evi jerked opened the jaws a bit more and slipped inside his mouth. If anything, that was the safest place to be.
However fighting off a big ass tongue wasn't what she expected was going to be easy. She blew off the tongue and held open the jaw to stop the monster from chomping down on her.

"I would have blasted it down if we weren't in the middle of a dry forest-" she calculated her moves but heard a commotion outside.
Thankfully, the Kauravas were faster than she thought.
"NO SHE'S INSIDE HIS MOUTH. DON'T SHOOT AT ITS MOUTH!" She heard Dussashan scream.
"Just trust me Prince. I know what I am doing" Karna demanded and shot two arrows that cut through the monster's cheeks.
The jaw hanged open as Evi fell through it, landing dangerously close to his feet.
"OUCH-" Evi was taken aback by the sudden plan but she swiftly got carried away from there to a safer distance. As she looked up she realised it was Duryodhan.
