" What's happiness?"

Nakul heard someone ask the question.

" Feeling content, or satisfaction I suppose" Nakul heard someone answer.

" Devika?" Nakul asked weakly as the mist cleared to give himself a better view.

He pulled himself up from the ground and sat up on his knees. Rubbing his eyes out, he focused on what was in front of him.

His eyes widened at realisation.

" Parnipaat, Yamraj" Nakul bowed in hurry.

" What are you doing here?" Evi, who was sitting near Yama's feet, questioned.

" I came here looking for you" Nakul whispered. " Hey what are you wearing?"

Nakul eyed Evi up and down. Draped in a white cloth with golden border, she looked like goddess Saraswati. Except that her face was completely drained out of life.

" He gave this to me" She looked back at Yamraj did an awkward bow which he acknowledged by nodding.

" Wha-" Nakul couldn't wrap his head around what was happening just when his four brothers too tumbled down into Yamraj's dimension.

" What is this place?" Arjun groaned as he caressed his head which had hit the ground a bit too hard.

" Arjun, stop talking" Yudhistir ordered which made the other three stiffen in their place. " Parnipaat Yamraj". Yudhistir bowed which made the three pandavas realise who was in front of them.

"Ayushman Bhava" Yamraj blessed his son and his brothers. " I hope you all have been well"

" Yes, father. We have been healthy and well" Yudhishthir stated which made Evi frown.

Getting almost killed in the house of lac is being healthy and well? In that case I am mentally stable Devika scoffed internally.

" Okay back to the questions. Remember, one wrong answer and you die."

" Yes sir, I remember" She nodded which only made the five Pandavs more confused.

"What is faster that wind"

"A lot of things actually. Plus the speed of wind isn't really same overall, so if we take the average then- Evi remembered this question in one of her books. A jolt of pain went through Evi's mind as her memories flashed in front of her. "Photons if you are talking about physical stuff. Our mind if you are not" Evi went with whatever popped in her head.

"How can one become great?" Yamraj kept questioning without any pause.

Evi looked at the God in front of her with disgust. Doesn't he see that she's in pain?

" By hardwork" Evi mumbled. ' Or by being born into greatness'

"What is amrit"

" Something that gives us immortality"

" And what is it?"

" If humans had known about it, we would have been immortals"

Yamraj paused for a second.

" Am I wrong?" Evi asked. She didn't really care about getting the questions wrong, because not only did she not care enough to survive, Yudhishthir was just right there, so he would save them all anyways as per the sequence.

" Not necessarily" He concluded. " I didn't expect this answer. Anyways, onto the next answer"

"Who is taller than the sky?"
