"You're pretty amazing yourself." An invigilator turned to 154. He may be suspicious of 154's occasional odd words and actions, but he gave credit when it was due, "When did you realize it? The glasses?"

It was obvious that You Huo, Qin Jiu and Chu Yue already had their suspicions regarding the cups, but two of them were the Head Invigilators who knew the System the best, and the other was a fellow great master and demon king, tied up in one annoying package.

It was no wonder that 154 had gotten such a high position after the invigilators' codes were reshuffled.

154 didn't seem like he was in the mood to talk. With a blank expression on his face, he lowered his gaze once more, and turned away slightly.

He was just sad. The System wasn't just letting the exams run its course... the NPCs were actually planning their kills now. What the fuck had went wrong? Had his absence really affected the System that badly?

If only he had been stronger and didn't let himself get kicked out so easily, wasn't so lenient on the examinees in the past... everything his fault.

"You okay there?" Wen Yuan was a little concerned, but 154 just nodded, still not saying a word.

Instead, Wen Yuan just answered the invigilator for him, "Ah... just now, when the future invigilators got the notice that the hunter was dead... 154 thought the hunters actions were a little... odd..."

He wasn't sure how to explain how 154 also thought the hunter might be an assimilated examinee. That might be a bit too much for the others to handle right about now, especially while they were already internally grieving for the bald man while praying that the curse wouldn't take effect, now that the exam was over.

"That early?" The invigilator was rather impressed. Maybe 154's odd actions was just from him overthinking things like this too much.

Wen Yuan shifted, pulling the silent 154 towards himself. He looked... a little sad. Maybe a bit guilty, even. He clearly didn't look too good, with having his prediction about the hunter being entirely true, and Wen Yuan knew that he was going to need a bit of time to himself.

Shu Xue peered at him, concern on her face, before giving 154 back his coat.

"Hey..." She whispered, letting Wen Yuan hang it over his slightly smaller form, before the taller man draped an arm over his shoulder, "It's going to be alright, okay?"

She got no response, and she shared a worried look with Wen Yuan.

There were a total of four questions in this exam:

(1) Unknown (5 points)

(2) Unknown (5 points)

(3) The number of people having the meal changing from 13 to 12 (6 points)

(4) Finding the cursed tableware (8 points)

"Huh... two unknown questions?"

"Probably for finding the pen and writing down "Answer". And then for the refraction index and schematic."

Under normal circumstances, the total score for this exam was 24 points. In special circumstances, there were opportunities to earn bonus points or have points demerited.

Some people couldn't help but chuckle.

You Huo had gotten 6 bonus points for killing a hunter, and an additional 2 points for keeping everyone alive for so long.

Meanwhile, Yu Wen had 2 points taken away for illegibility.

It was fucking amazing. These "special circumstances" was actually legendary.
