☰27- ULTRON'S PLAN

[SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA]

We dropped Tony off at the Nexus and started on our way to look for Dr. Cho in Korea, discussing a general idea of what we planned on doing.
Steve and I were dropped off on the roof of some building, having a clear view of the lab that Cho worked at.

"Two minutes, stay close." Steve says to the others through comms.

"Now?" I asked, looking at him.

   He hesitated for a moment. I knew it was because he didn't want me to get hurt, this was my first real mission, not just protecting the people.
"Careful." He said and I nodded, opening a portal.

We made it into the lab. It was a mess, and slightly quiet except for the sizzling and popping sounds of destroyed machines. Ivaa did a scan of the room and I found multiple bodies scattered on the floor, my heart dropped as I looked at each one.
  I had to tell Cap that they were all gone. He told me to keep going until I got a beat and when I did, it lifted my hopes.

   "I got one." I announced, teleporting. I heard him run, following me.

"Dr. Cho!" I kneeled down in front of her, she had been shot, a few cuts here and there but she was stable enough.

Steve joined me and tried to help her sit up. I created a seat under her. "He's uploading himself into the body." She told us.

"Where?" I ask.

   She shakes her head unable to tell us, most likely because she doesn't know where he's going. Cap and I shared a look as I open a portal, he was ready to leave and I was ready to pick Cho up but she stopped him.

   "The real power is inside the Cradle. The gem, its power is uncontainable. You can't just blow it up. You have to get the Cradle to Stark"

"First I have to find it."

"Go." She told us.

"Did you guys get that?" I ask.

"We did." Clint replied.

I take Cho through the portal and into a hospital. "그녀는 다쳤어, 빨리 도와줘." They take her and I teleport back to Steve following as he runs.

"I got a private jet taking off across town. No manifest." Natasha said. "That could be him."

"There. It's a truck from the lab. Right above you, Cap." Clint pointed out. "On the loop by the bridge. It's them. You got three with the cradle, one in the cab. I can take out the driver."

"Negative!" Steve says as we climb up to the highway, I actually teleport up and wait for him. "That truck crashes, the gem could level the city. We need to draw out Ultron."

He looks at me and I point to the truck that Clint had been talking about. "Don't get hurt." I tell him and teleport on top of the truck.

I looked around and just as I was doing so, Cap jumped on but ended up rolling to the back catching himself before he fell off.

"Leave me alone!" Ultron yelled and shot the door causing it to open and Cap to fly with it.
The bot shot the door again causing it to fall almost completely off.

"You okay?" I asked laying on the roof looking down at Cap.

"He's definitely unhappy." Cap says. "I'm going to try and keep him that way."

"You're not a match for him, Cap." Clint says and I chuckle.

"Thanks, Barton." Captain America mumbles.
