I stared at the ground as we walked up the grassy hill. Camilo stepped next to me, and beside him was a sulking Isabela Madrigal. I'm surprised that even though Camilo looked like he had many questions to ask his prima, he still remained quiet for around three minutes. He didn't look as cheerful as he always did, but I understood why. His cousin he's known and lived with all his life was apparently moving away.

"So, are we just going to act like that didn't just happen?" I asked, breaking the silence.

"What?" Isabela tilted her head as we kept walking.

"You made out with Bobo Marquez, in front of of us. Incase you forgot." I stated, watching Camilo cringe at the memory.

"Yeah, I don't think I'll ever forget that. So, how long has this been going on?" He finally gained the courage to ask Isabela.

The woman groaned in defeat. "I don't know, maybe five months? Just please try to act like nothing happened, you two. " She pleaded, moving a branch out of her way to continue to walk down the path.

"I mean, everyone's gonna miss you. Including me." I stated, looking down at the ground to hide my expression. Yes, I've only been friends with her for a week. But I was really hoping to being best friends for longer than that of course. She was a really good person to be around.

Isabela looked at me and smiled. "Didn't you say you were from the city? I'll get Bobo to give you the address sometime, and maybe you can visit!" She suggested.

I grinned. "Deal, but don't forget or else I'll hunt you down." I said, receiving a laugh from the long haired girl.

"And what about me? I'm not aloud to visit you?" Camilo questioned. Though we already knew the answer.

"Hell no."

At last, we made it out of the woods. We were still walking out when Isabela looked at me. "Hey (Y/N), if you can, maybe you can come for dinner tonight?" She asked as I smiled and nodded. I personally felt honoured to be able to go to Isabela's engagement dinner. Even if it was fake.

We walked towards the casa Madrigal before Isabela waved goodbye and walked through the doorway.  Just then Camilo froze, looking down at his feet.

"What?" I stopped and quirked an eyebrow. What could've been so important that he had to stop and look at his floor grippers?

"Can I clean myself up at your place?" He randomly questioned, causing me to remember the fact we looked homeless right now and had an event to attend to tonight. It was nearly lunch.

"What?! Why?" I didn't understand this guy at all.

"My parents will kill me if they see the mess I'm in. Please, (Y/N)?" He pleaded. I was about to decline and tell him to just sneak into his room, but that would be pretty hard. Plus, he finally called me by my name, rather than something else.

My eyes narrowed in frustration as I sighed. "Fine, but if my family's there, don't be weird." I told him as his eyes lit up with gratitude. Before he could say anything I began walking towards the side walk as he quickly followed, walking with his hands in his pockets.

He smiled. "Thank you, hermosa." Never mind, he was back at it again with the nicknames.

"Oh my god, when will you stop that?" I asked Camilo. He just kept on walking, thinking to himself.

"Hm, not until the day I die." He smirked at me. I rolled my eyes, stopping as we reached the home. I turned to walk up the steps, onto the porch and towards the door.

"Please don't be home. Please." I mentally begged as I slowly opened the door. The begging didn't work.

Just as it opened completely, Andre had already walked out of the kitchen and into the living room, carrying a bowl of soup. Its seemed like he was the only one home. He looked at me. "You're back! Did you get those crystals I... oh." His voice faded off when he looked at the boy behind me in surprise.

"Hey, Andre!" Turning my head to look at Camilo, he grinned and waved at my cousin. Remembering the way he greeted Andre at the ceremony, I knew by now they were friends already.

"Hi... uh how about you guys come sit down?" Andre suggested. I nodded and walked towards the dark red couch with the curly haired boy and sat down. "So, why the hell do you both look like you just came out of a jungle after a week?"

"Because we just came out of a jungle." Camilo stated as my cousin stared at him with confusion.

"Don't ask. Now if you'll excuse us-" I began, standing up.

"(Y/N), Can I talk to you? Alone?" His face turned stern. I nodded and followed him into the dark hallway, leaving Camilo alone in the room.

"What now?" I groaned as he raised an eyebrow.

"Why are you inviting a guy into our house? And why the hell are you looking messed up like that?" He questioned as I ran my hand through my now frizzy hair.

"Chill out. We got into an accident in the woods and were just going to clean ourselves up here, since he doesn't want his family to see him like that." I briefly explained. This guy's family must have some high expectations. He can't even go home with some scratches on his face and a dirty ruana.

"Clean yourselves up? Do you know how wrong that sounds?" He looked at his watch when I crossed my arms, staring at him unamusingly. "I gotta go somewhere, I'll be back after lunch. Don't you dare do anything nasty while I'm gone."

"Oh don't worry, we'll definitely start doing something nasty once your gone." I chuckled sarcastically. "It's not like your doing the same, right?" He rolled his eyes and stepped back to the room.

Andre always had some drama going on in his life. It seems like he brings home a new chic every month. It's a shame he sometimes leaves the actual good ones though. Even though he's always with some girl, he's for some reason still strict with me if I hang out with a guy. Andre is only one year older than me, it makes no sense for him to boss me around.

I sighed and walked back to the living room, only to see Camilo sitting there alone. I assumed Andre already left. "What was that about?" He asked as I stood beside the couch.

"He's just asking for some girl advice. Anyways, c'mon." I gestured for him to follow me upstairs.

We walked to the bathroom and I turned the light's on. "You can shower here, put your dirty clothes outside the door so I can wash them." Damn, I was being nice today. Shocking.

I opened the closet and pulled out a white towel, handing it to him as he focused on my face. "Why are you still here? You want to join me or something?" He teased, smirking as he took the towel from my hand. I walked to the door without replying and nearly slammed it on his face.
