(Thanks @airsoftal01 for helping along with Anderfall)

Palpatine had asked Tarkin to join him watch the next log. When they were about to begin, they were about to begin, when Padme entered the Chambers.

"Oh Chancellor, I was hoping to ask for a delay of the next video meeting, to discuss the events of the Malevolence, and the trap I was sent into." Padme said.

"Senator Amidala, a pleasant surprise to meet you. I was about to watch the log with the Chancellor." Tarkin said.

"Padme, I am happy you are safe. Please, join us, the Probe had supplied us with some Nuka-Cola. Please, join us." Palpatine said, as he poured a glass and smiled, sipping from the glass.

-meanwhile on Mandalore-

Satine and Merrik were watching, as Bo-katan watched as a hologram.

The probes came to life. In the Senate, the hologram picked up a folder, before taking out a folder, and tossed a paper up and it expanded.

"Playing video log." She said.

Humility is a virtue in the wasteland. One will not find dignity when scavenging in a pile of rubble. Those who are lucky enough to be born into prosperity should know that their way of life can vanish in a moment. Likewise, those who come from humble beginnings must believe that they have the potential to build empires, lead armies or heal the world around them. Each Generation has seen would-be conquerors who seek to forge their own utopia from the ashes of the old world, but the most successful attempt at rebuilding has come from the most humble of Origins

Palpatine had an eyebrow raised at the damage on screen, privately wondering why these people would allow themselves to live in such squalor, to live in these dilapidated buildings, but he supposed to each their own. 'Hmm" he thought 'That could be an advantage, give them paltry offerings of pre-fab buildings as a gesture of good will. Potently even some water purifiers to help them and then.' he let loose a chuckle 'I'll have them eating out of the palm of my hand.'

Tarkin placed his hand on his chin, looking at the conditions that was already there, the issues he witnessed was one of being able to replace what was already there. The need for new resources, or the agility to fix what was there. Offer equipment that was basic would lead to a more open relationship of trade and access to their world.

Padme couldn't help but feel for the people of earth having to do what they can to get by, however after hearing about humble beginnings it caused the young senator to chuckle as she remembers how she went from a queen, to dressed as a hand maiden, back to a queen, and then to a senator. Thinking back onto her life she couldn't help but wonder where she would be without the people who has help her get to the position she is today.

Shady Sands sounds like the sort of thing you'd read on a pre-war postcard. A tropical getaway for bored families in the old world, but shady sands was actually a little village out in California, made up of the people who came out of one of the vaults. Lucky for them, their vault, number 15, wasn't so bad. At least when compared to some of other ones. It was designed to open fifty years after the great war, and its inhabitants were well-supplies, even though they were deliberately made up of people who vault-tec knew wouldn't get along.

'Even though they were deliberately made up of people who Vault-Tec knew wouldn't get along'. Replayed in Satine's mind. 'Why' Satine though 'Why in the great Mandalorian moon would they do that, that's like putting Death Watch and the New Mandalorian's together, it would only end in a potential blood bath.'
