Porchay's P.O.V:

P'Kim parked the car in front of an extravagant looking restaurant.

"Come on" He said.

I nodded and followed him out of the car and we both walked into the restaurant.

"Kim" A girl's voice said excitedly.

Then a girl wearing a knee length denim dress walked over to him and gave him a hug.

P'Kim chuckled and patted her back lightly.

"It's nice to see that you're doing well Ping" P'Kim said amused.

The girl looked at me as soon as she let go of him.

"So...Who's that? Your friend?" She asked referring to me.

"You can say that...Hmmm...I came to talk to aunt Phon" P'Kim said.

"So mean...Didn't come to see me at all?" She asked.

"Why would I willingly come to see you?" P'Kim asked.

The girl smacked his shoulder.

"You rude brat...She's buying groceries but she should be back soon" The girl said.

"It's alright we can wait" P'Kim said.

Then slung an arm over my shoulder and walked me to one of the tables and we sat down.

"Order whatever you want it's on me" P'Kim said.

I shook my head still feeling uncomfortable with the current situation.

"I'm not hungry" I said.

But my stomach growled so I facepalmed.

"Don't be shy I brought you over to get friendly with the people...It's safer for you to get a job here then at the casino" He said.

Then raised his hand so a waiter walked over to our table.

I looked around at the restaurant.

It was lavish and all the waiters and waitresses wore a pretty uniform and looked really neat.

I turned to P'Kim who spoke something in French.

The waiter nodded to him and turned to me.

"What would you like to order?" The waiter asked me politely.

I looked through the Thai section of the menu and saw one of my favourite dishes so I ordered it after checking the price.

The waiter nodded and wrote it down.

"Any desserts?" The waiter asked.

"Chocolate ice cream with chips on top" P'Kim said.

"Me too" I said.

The waiter left.

"Aunt Phon is a nice person she'll take good care of you" He said.
