Chapter 39

The next day, Jin woke up before Namjoon and he couldn't help but smile warmly. He is happy to be sleeping on the same bed with his husband, happy that their bond as husbands grew stronger and happy because the moment he wakes up he gets to admire his husband's handsome sleeping face. Instead of waking up fully however, he snuggled closer to Namjoon's chest and left small kisses along his pecs up to his collarbones, causing the latter to stir awake. The prince opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was his baby leaving kisses on his chest and shoulders; he couldn't help but smile widely and kissed Jin's head, 'Good morning baby,' he said with his deep morning voice and his husband looked up at him with a bright smile, 'Good morning Joonie,' he said softly and pecked his husband's lips. 'This is a great way to wake up bun, waking up to kisses from your soft plump lips is a blessing,' Namjoon said and pulled Jin closer to his chest and hugged him tightly. 'Joonie, let's get up. We have to visit Jiminie and Yoongi hyung today so we can see their son,' Jin said happily making the prince chuckle, 'Alright my love, let's take a bath and get ready,' he said and he got up and out of bed, picking Jin up in his arms and then headed towards the bathroom.

It was close to noon when the Prince and Jin arrived at the Mins' Manor. Once inside, they were greeted by the head butler who then led them into the nursery Yoongi had built for his son. The butler knocked softly on the door and once he heard a 'come in' he opened it and bowed to his masters, 'Sir, the Prince and my Lord are here for a visit,' he informed and Jimin smiled so widely and asked the butler to let them in. The moment Jin entered, he ran to Jimin's side and hugged him tightly, a few tears slipping from his eyes. 'Congratulations Jiminie, I'm so happy for you and so proud. I'm sorry I couldn't be here for you during your labour but I heard your baby is healthy and I'm so glad,' the healer said without parting from the hug, 'Hyung, t-thank you. And please don't apologize for not being here, you were far away but I'm so h-happy that you're here now,' Jimin said as tears cascaded down his face and he kissed his hyung's cheeks. 'Congratulations Jimin-ah, Yoongi hyung,' Namjoon said as he hugged his best friend and then Jimin.

'Would you like to see our son?' Yoongi asked with the brightest smile Namjoon and Jin has ever seen and they both nodded eagerly, 'He's asleep in the crib and he's so tiny,' the father of the child said. Jin and Namjoon looked at the small baby bundled up in a soft blanket sleeping peacefully and they cooed at the boy, 'He's Taehyung, Min Taehyung,' Jimin said as he stood beside his husband and admired his baby, 'That's a beautiful name Jiminie. Taehyung, Tae-Tae,' Jin said softly as he stared at the boy lovingly, 'He's beautiful hyung,' Namjoon said to Yoongi who nodded. After a few minutes of cooing at the sleeping baby boy, the four men sat on the sofas that were in the room, facing each other. Jimin was sitting on Yoongi's lap while Jin laid his head on Namjoon's shoulder. 'Jin hyung, Namjoon hyung, I want to ask a favour from you,' Jimin spoke softly, and the prince nodded, 'Yoonie and I have thought about this a lot and we would like to know if you can be our son's god-parents,' he added with a shy smile. 'It would be an honour Jiminie, right Joonie?' Jin said as he looked towards his best friend and then his husband, 'Of course, we'd love to be little Tae's god-parents,' Namjoon added with a dimpled smile making the Min parents happy.

The Kims spent almost the whole day with the Mins. They even got to hold Taehyung when he woke up from his nap and the boy seemed to like them as he didn't cry or make a fuss when Namjoon or Jin held him. Instead he would snuggle closer to them, making them coo at the boy. When Tae fell asleep again, Namjoon decided to take a walk along the garden with Yoongi and discuss many things with him while Jin told Jimin about everything that had happened the past two weeks when he was at his own home. Jimin was happy that his hyung was happy again and he wished that Jin would also get a little one soon so his Tae bear can have a friend. Jin laughed it off and told his friend that they'll have a little one when the time is right so they continued chatting about different topics instead.

Time flew by in an instant and the Kims were already on their way back to the palace. They had dinner at the Mins' and now Jin was feeling sleepy. 'Sleep baby, you must be tired,' Namjoon said softly as he carded his hand through his husband's hair earning a purr from the sleepy male, 'No, I want to hear you talking,' Jin said adamantly, refusing to close his eyes and fall asleep. 'What do you want me to talk about angel?' Namjoon asked sweetly as he pulled his baby closer to his side and kissed his forehead, 'Anything Joonie. I just like hearing your voice, it makes me feel relaxed,' the healer said with a soft smile as he leaned up to peck his husband's lips. So, Namjoon began talking about random things- from childhood memories to his favourite places and Jin listened to him from the start to the end, until they reached the palace.

Once inside, Namjoon went to meet the King to discuss a few things about the kingdom and Jin headed to his medical room to check on his stock of herbs and medicinal plants.

When he reached the medical room, he opened all the windows and the doors so some fresh air would enter. It's been more than two weeks since it was opened and the place was dusty and dingy. As it wasn't dark yet, Jin decided to clean the place quickly so the next day he can start working on his medicines and maybe go and check on a few patients. He quickly dusted the place and rearranged his herbs, plants and books. He continued tidying it until it was dust free and bright again, the dingyness of the room was no longer there, instead it was bright and looked lively. Then Jin quickly locked up the room and headed to his room so he can take a bath because of all the dust and change into his nightwear.

When he entered the room, Namjoon was sitting on the sofa, reading a book and already changed into his nightwear. When he heard the door opening he looked up from his book and smiled at Jin, 'Where have you been Jinnie?' he asked softly, 'Oh I was cleaning the medical room and so I need to take a bath,' 'Why didn't you ask the maids to help baby?' 'It's fine love, don't worry,' Jin said as he made his way directly to the bathroom to take a quick bath. In ten minutes he was done and changed into his silk nightwear. He walked out into the room with his wet hair that made the prince frown, 'Baby come here, I'll dry your hair or you'll get sick,' Namjoon said and Jin complied, handing his husband a towel as he sat in between the prince's legs and smiled happily. 'You love it when I dry your hair, don't you?' the prince asked and Jin nodded, 'I love it when you spoil and pamper me,' he said as he leaned back onto his husband's body, 'And I love spoiling and pampering my baby, my love, my angel, my Jinnie,' the prince said and booped his nose making the younger giggle.

Ten minutes later Jin's hair was completely dry. He leaned closer to Namjoon and placed a kiss on his cheek, 'What were you reading love?' he asked the prince, 'Some love poems darling. They make me think about how lucky I am to have you as my husband,' Namjoon said with a sappy smile, 'You're so sappy,' 'Only for my baby.' Suddenly Jin turned around and straddled his shocked hubby. He kissed Namjoon softly and brought his hands to his husband's hair, softly tugging it making the prince excited. 'Let's head over to bed baby,' Namjoon whispered seductively into Jin's ear, 'No, here love. I can't wait anymore,' Jin moaned and the prince smirked, 'Your wish is my command baby.'

The night was just beginning for the couple, and it'll only be longer.
