as I woke up and saw Rayna sleep still so I got up showered brushed my teeth and went down to start breakfast I started with the waffles and cut up some strawberries and got the powdered sugar "how you been" jay said getting out the sausages "good" I said making the eggs "you know since Damien passed you've been different" he said starting the eggs "yea that was my rock he helped me through everything" I said fixing everybody a plate "he was definitely a real one" he said looking down "We gotta stay strong for him" he said rubbing my back "i'm trying" I said feeling the tears run down

After I made the bed I finally got some pants on Jerome walked in and sat down on the bed "I'm coming with you to therapy" he said pulling me close "Okay" I said knowing he just wants to help "We got to go in like a hour so you got time to get ready" I said taking off these tight ass jeans "damn how you get in them" he said looking at my ass I laughed "hush they was cute" I said walking into the bathroom he followed me and hugged me from behind "You so sexy" he said going to the closet "thank you sexy" I said putting on some black jeans a green top and a jacket and hat to match since it was a lil cold

once we finished getting dressed, we came downstairs Jay told me he was taking Rayna to a doctor's appointment Rayna and Lani said their goodbyes and Lani cleaned up bit and we left out and we took her car "when you going to start driving again" I said pulling out the driveway "when I remember how" she said laughing "I'll give you a pass for that" I said taking the L from Lani

At the Therapy session

She stood up and went to the back alone at first "hey Kalani did you bring someone or you came alone" Mrs. Dixon said looking up "I brought my boyfriend this time" Lani said smiling "that's great would you like to bring him in" she said smiling back "sure" she said going to get him "Hello I'm Mrs. Dixon and your girlfriend told me so much about you" she said shaking his hand "now me and Lani have been having difficulty with opening up and staying open so hopefully you can help her" she said looking in her notes "we left off on forgiveness upon yourself" she said closing the door "and feeling like you're at fault for your baby's passing why is that" she said flipping the page "It is instead of leaving him and focusing on my child I stayed wanting a family" Lani said looking down "And that's not your fault your young and didn't expect for things to go that way and that's ok" Mrs. Dixon said writing something down "fear of fully getting fully comfortable with your bf" she said looking up at Jerome "Yes I hate when he's spending money on me or paying for my things" she said looking at him "and why is that" she said Looking at Lani "even though he never gave me that vibe I just never want money to be an issue between us and I like being independent" she said holding his hand
"and with your past relationship what was the issue with money" she said getting her pen ready "when we argued he would say I'm a gold digger or I was Selfish when I wouldn't give him money for stuff or give up money from my personal account to our joint account" she said closing her eyes "sounds like he had his own selfish actions" she said looking up "any more substance abuse lately you said you started two or one months ago right" she said looking at Lani

damn I thought as the room went silent "two months and yesterday he took my whole bar out the house" I said looking over at him "wait not to interrupt two months" Jerome said looking over at me I looked up at her "I'm sorry Lani but someone has to know before you too deep into and addiction" she said rubbing my hand "so what can I do to get her to stop" Jerome said looking at me  "continue being there for her and supportive family is a need" she said writing it down...
After the therapy session...

"How did it go" I said walking with Lani "Good and bad and I have to talk to you about something" she said opening her door "what's up" I said walking into the house talking my shoes off "I've been drinking a lot lately" she said sitting on the couch with me "like two months ago I started and it's been so hard to stop" she said leaning back "Lala I know I'm not your mother but I sure will act like it you need to get it together before you end up like your biggest problem" I said grabbing her hand "I know and I'm definitely working towards a healthy coping method" she said looking at me  "how's my god baby" she said laying in my lap holding my tummy "good he almost ready to meet you" I said snapping a pic "I can't wait to see him" she said getting up "you get so happy around babies" I said laughing going with her to the kitchen "I know they so cute" she said pulling some food out as her phone rang "who is this" I said looking at the random number....
