I See Myself

I see myself at dusk with a typewriter
Staring at the stars with someone close
Who loves me as much as I love them
Someone, dare I say, loves me most.

I see myself quiet, away from the crowd
But within myself is an internal peace
The moon as my guide and intuition
With my hands I craft another art piece.

I see myself as I with a future ahead
The sunset as a friend and of those still true
I see myself as nobody else
Than me, myself, and I don't think, I do.

I see myself with friends of which I cherish
Together we'll sing with no remorse of the night
Sharing feelings so free
In the dusk with candlelight.
