Kurapika x Reader ONESHOTS !

"A-A...ACHOOOO!"

"Y/n...." Kurapika said in a stuffy voice. It was the second time this night that he had woken up. He started to cough agressivly which I did not take as a good sign. I helped him sit up and patted his back lightly. I'm not entirely sure how he even managed to get sick, but either way it was allergy season.

"I'll go get you some medicine and some more pillows so you can sleep better." I reassured him and patted him on the head. I couldn't kiss him since he was sick, so head pats would have to do for now.

I heard him coughing all the way from the kitchen. His coughs were followed by a sneeze that actually sounded pretty cute, but if I told him that he would say something like "sneezing is natural it's not supposed to be cute" and then blush while being in denial. Whenever I said he was acting cute he would deny it, which wouldn't help the cause because Kurapika's denial attitude was really adorable.

I picked up some pillows from the living room and went back to the the bedroom. I turned on the light, and saw a sick Kurapika. He had dark circles under his ash colored eyes, and his nose was as red as a cherry tomato. He looked absolutely dreadful in this state, it truly pains my heart to see him like this. I helped him sit up on the bed, and I put more pillows behind his back. The cooling patch on his forehead had warmed up so I swapped it out for a new one.

"Y-Y/n Y/n! I'm going to- A-A-A-" just before Kurapika sneezed I put a tissue on his nose and had him sneeze onto it. His eyes closed shut and his nose got even redder than before. 

"I brought you your medicine." I told him while I disposed of his mucus-y tissue. I heard Kurapika making a gagging noise which wasn't a good sign at all.

"C'mon Kurapika, be a good boy for me and take your medicine?" I pleaded with him, stroking his hair softly. He shook his head and looked down at his hands in disappointment.

"But it tastes disgusting..." he whined, looking up at me with puppy eyes. This time, the puppy eyes wouldn't work, because he truly needed to take his medicine.

"And you STILL need to take it." I responded sternly. He continued pouting, making puppy eyes at me which didn't help his case at all.

There was only one idea that would work, but honestly I didn't want to do it. I walked over to his side, and poured the medicine into a cup. Kurapika looked at me disgusted, but truly I should be the one who is disgusted. 

"Here goes nothing..." I say to myself, drinking the cup of medicine, but I didn't swallow it, I just let it awkwardly sit in my mouth. I leaned forward into Kurapika's lips, kissing him and passing the medicine to him.

"How dare you trick me!" Kurapika says angrily, folding his arms.

"You had to take your medicine somehow...and that was the only option you gave me."

He doesn't have COVID, just a cold
...
