Chapter 38

I'll have Vael do the translation, I don't plan on having a lot of them as the story will be ending soon although I wanna make a sequel.

Draken pants as he kneels on the ground while Vael breathes lightly . Draken had lost the fight as Vael's larger body looms over Draken's.

"The two of you done now?" Wakasa mutters as Benkei rolls his neck. The fight was only a little interesting, he rather fights than watch others fight.

"你问的Maria有什么东西可以证明我是她？" Shuni finally speaks as she flicks her braid behind her back.  She has a katana by her side which makes Draken all the more determined she's Maria.

"She ask what this Maria has that can determine Shuni is her." Vael translates as he flicks his messy dark purple hair up as Draken thinks for a bit.

"A scar on her lower back. She was stabbed before." Draken says as Shuni listens to him and nods her head as she pulls up her red shirt to show him there was no scar on her back.

"No this can't be." Draken says as he stares at the ground in despair, all his hope of his friend Maria being alive and to bring Mikey back from his darkness was lost.

"我们走吧。" Shuni says to Vael as he nods and leaves with her.

That was the end of Draken's flashback.

Back in real time,

"Wahhh. Shuni, you're back! How were you?" Fuyuka hugs the soaked girl as she was pushed off. Shuni shakes her head patiently as she walks down the big hallway, her high heel boots making noises on the ground as she walks.

"You didn't even greet me." Vael says to Fuyuka as she rolled her eyes at her elder brother. They were half siblings so they didn't resemble one another a lot. "Well whatever, the maids have prepared your food. It's in the fridge now." Fuyuka says leaving.

Vael rolls his eyes and leaves too.

The next day,

"Heyyyyy Shuni! Should we get this cute rabbit toy together?" Senju asks Shuni as the other shrugs her shoulders mutely.

Takemichi watches in a corner, mentally panicking about how Takeomi's credit card hasn't run out of money yet.

"Alright then. I'll get you this and this!" Senju says, giving Shuni some black lingerie as Shuni's face turns red as she holds the lingerie in her hands.

She was wearing a black sleeve shirt which exposed her shoulders and a black skirt as Takemichi blushed at the clothing shop he was dragged into.

Shuni tries walking past him to place the lingerie back but was pulled back by Senju as she accidentally steps on Takemichi's foot.

Shuni immediately bows to him as he stares at her more exposed cleavage which had more tattoos.

"Takemichi! Didn't you say it was rude to stare at a girl's breasts! You were just staring at Shuni's" Senju berates the other boy as Shuni gasps softly and stands back up with a blush on her masked face. She was just wearing a surgical mask, and yet, Takemichi wonders how easy it would be to pull it off.

And see her face.

"Takemichi?" He hears someone call out to him as Senju calls him over.

"I think I'll buy some perfume and other stuff." Senju says as the cashier was done packing and passes the items to the girl.

She passes the package to Shuni.

"Hmm?" Shuni makes a confused noise.

"There's the lingerie with stockings and perfume. Be sure to have fun with your first time." Senju says, patting Shuni on the shoulders as her face goes red and nearly drops the bag but her facial expression turns cold immediately.

She looked sad, "alright! Onward to the next shop!" Senju says as she pulled the white hair girl along.

"Oh Shuni. You want to be in this shop?" Senju says as Takemichi struggles to not die on the spot.

Everything is so heavy, what else do they want? Shuni only has the package Senju has given her and nothing else.

But the amount of stuff Senju brought...., it's overwhelming.

"A pet shop?" Takemichi muses, finding it familiar as he realizes it was the shop Chifuyu and Kazutora worked part time at.

Kazutora had been released from juvenile school about a year ago and is working part time here with Chifuyu.

"Welcome." The two teenagers says to the new customers right as they saw Takemichi and Shuni's faces.

"Maria?" Chifuyu whispered, "no no she's not." Takemichi's immediately shushes Chifuyu as they see the two girls aweing over some cats and kittens.

"She's not. Even Draken confirmed it, she doesn't have a stab scar like Maria had when Kazutora stabbed her." Takemichi says as Kazutora's eyes go a bit dim.

"Peke J?" Chifuyu calls out to the cat, it had jumped out from the staff room and is now purring loudly against Shuni's legs. The cat didn't respond to the name Kuro anymore after Baji and Maria were dead. So Chifuyu called it Peke J and it responded to him.

The bell Maria and Baji had given it was still tied around it's neck as it jingles and Shuni carries it like a newborn baby.

"Miss, this cat might bite you, please let it go....." Chifuyu trails off as he sees Peke J crying.

"Huh?" Chifuyu emits as Senju watches quietly, Shuni pats the cat's head as she lets it onto the ground but it tries to climb onto her using it claws on her clothes.

Shuni looks over to Senju and Takemichi for help as the cat wouldn't let go of her skirt.

"I'll help." Senju mutters as Peke J hisses and scratches her.

"Oh shit! I mean! Sorry Miss!" Chifuyu calls out, remembering his manners at work as he summons Kazutora to take Peke J off the girl as he inspects Senju's finger but Senju takes her finger from him, and wipes it on a piece of tissue.

"No big deal," she waved them off.

Peke J meows pitifully as Kazutora pulls its claws off Shuni's skirt.

What does this remind me of?

He has a flashback when he was younger as he was in the same squatting position before Maria.

He was cleaning away the dust on her shins and wiping up the blood from her knees as she had fallen down.

As he holds Peke J in his hands, he realizes that Shuni looks a lot like Maria as this was his first time seeing her in years.

Her golden eyes looked sad as she leaves the shop hastily. "Wait! Shuni!" Senju calls as Takemichi leaves hastily after them.

"That girl..."

"Yeah, she definitely looks like Maria." Chifuyu whispers as he looks over to Peke J.

"Why are you crying? Did she look like her?" He pats the crying cat's head as it was held up awkwardly in Kazutora's hands.

Next chapter for double 11 will be out in a few hours, anyways the below is just a rant.
Went into a big Tokyo Revengers server on discord weeks ago and the mods there are terrible. You would think the owner would be nice in a server with over 40k members but no. They ban people over weird reasons and the owner says adult stuff that minors could see when they literally have a NSFW channel. Smh. Basically when the owner says a very sexual sentence, it's fine while my friend gets banned for joking about balls. Lmfao.
