He knows about the bonding of their families and was happy as he thought it won't be any problem to convince them for their wedding.
Sidharth had rarely gone to her House because he knows they can't get a single moment together when their families will be there.
While Rishabh visit frequently because he wants to impress her family first as Sahana is a hard nut to crack.

Kartik didn't felt bad about that but his heart pricked badly whenever he watch Nisha with Dr. Vikram.
He joined the hospital 3months back and Nisha and Vikram both became good friend in short span of time.
