IMPORTANT NOTE-
Every one writing fiction has written misunderstanding concept and I know that well but I cannot change any part of my book now because it will make me change the whole story which I don't want.
Misunderstanding is not an old aged concept of every story but a very natural thing which at some point occur in every relationship..
It doesn't happen because we mistrust the other person but it shows that we are afraid to loose that person and we want that relationship to last long.
No relation have only love in it to show and its very normal and my story is nothing very unique and completely away from reality.
I would want you all to be patient a bit and read it with the trust that I will for sure write whatever you all have dreamt to see in future between them.
Just trust the fact that this story will never have an absurd and random ending.🤗🤗❤❤

Next morning Sana packed her bags while both are sad.
They have got so much used to sleeping in each others embrace that it will be hell difficult to stay away.
Sidharth was quiet all the time.
She knew He was sad.
She went and sat on his lap.
Sana- Mai apki hu na.
Sidharth nodded but his heart was not at peace.
Sana- To sirf ye yaad rakhiye.
Baki kuch bhi jo Jaana, naaz ka naam sirf Sid k saath accha lagta hai.
He hugged her inhaling her aroma to calm his restless heart.
It was time for her to leave while he was not leaving her hand.
Sana- Jaana plz..
He slowly left her hand.
Sana kissed his forehead and entire face while he did the same.
He kissed her heart shaped birthmark and whispered over it.
Sidharth- This belongs to me.
Both your hearts are mine.
She nodded and hugged him after which she left in a cab.
She dialled a number.
Sana- Kaha ho tum?
Person- On my way. I took the room beside your room.
Sana- Thank god You got that.
Person- I know it was needed and I managed to get that.
Sana- We will be meeting in the cafe.
Person- Ya I know.. Bye.
Sana- Bye ..

She entered her room and informed Mr. mathew the same.
Then she went to the cafe after some hours to meet that person.
She booked the corner table for two .
Soon the person came and she hugged him .
They both sat and spent next 2 hours there and went towards her hospital.

Person- Hum yaha kyu aaye hai?
Sana- Wo... I wanted to introduce you to everyone here. You should know my colleague as well.
Nodding they went inside..
On other side-
Sidharth was hell annoyed with her not receiving calls. First she went to that hotel and now she is not picking up his call.
At the lunch time when everyone was present in canteen she went with that person.
Sana- Hi everyone..
Everyone said hello .
Sana- I want all of you to meet someone special because I Consider you all as my family.
They nodded curiously.
Sana- Ok so let me call that person.
Come baby..
Soon a handsome man entered there with his dimple on its show.
He wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
Sana- Meet Aniruddh kapoor...My partner for life.
They both passed each other shy smile while others hooted.
Everybody was happy because Dr. Shehnaaz in a relationship was big thing.
After introduction and all they went together in her cabin.
Sana was showing him the entire hospital after some time when he asked her to show.
After dinner they walked around the place hand in hand in the hotel looking like a hot couple together .
After sometime Sana and Aniruddh went back to their respective rooms bidding bye.
At night Mr. Mathew video called Sana for taking all details and seeing those files himself.
They were in the middle of discussion when Aniruddh barged in her room taking her in a hug kissing her head.
Her eyes widened but then she smiled.
They both forgot that her phone was kept in front on stand and Mr. Mathew was still on the video call.
Mr.Mathew cleared his throat and they clicked their tongue in embarrassment.
She looked back on the screen.
Mr. Mathew- Ye kon hai Sana?
Sana- Uncle ye mere ...
Aniruddh cut in between Overexcitedly.
Aniruddh- Sir mai inka ek louta saccha pyaar..
He said dramatically earning a light slap from Sana.
Mathew- is it Sana?
Sana nodded and looked down with a blush..
Mathew- Am so happy for you Sana.
Sana- Thank you sir.
Mathew- well are you guys serious about this or...
Aniruddh- Sir we are very much serious about each other and soon we are getting married as well.
You are first one to know just because you saw us like that.
He said in serious tone.
Mathew- Alright then enjoy your time and rest we will discuss later.
Sana- Yes sir it's done already. There is nothing else to discuss.
He cut the call and Sana turned towards him.
Sana- Ani what was that?
Aniruddh- Sorry yaar I didn't knew you are in conversation. But come let's go. I want to take you somewhere.
Then they both went together.

Next morning Sana kept all the important files and went out.
She is herself handling the patients from few days along with Arshi.
She went back in her cabin and she saw a boy taking those files .
Sana- What are you doing? And who are you?
She asked with Stern tone
Before she could ask anything someone injected something on her neck from back and she went unconscious.
