jaemin was lost.

the boy felt completely abandoned.

on his own.

into the wild.

he felt betrayed.

by his own friends.

his best friend.

people he started to consider as his family.

why did it feel like he was the only one not to know about this?

why was he always the last one to know?

jaemin couldn't believe what donghyuck had done to him.

first, hiding his relationship.

and then, hiding his origins.

jaemin admits that he would have been an asshole to him if donghyuck had started introducing himself as a muggle, but now that he had learned about this detail months after they got close, he felt as if someone had stabbed him in the heart.

jaemin felt like shit at the moment.

he just wanted this to end.

he just wanted everyhtign to come to an end.

how could he start trusting someone again after this?

a part of him was telling him that what the boys did was the best option.

they had seen how much of a bitch jaemin had been with jeno.

and neither donghyuck nor jisung wanted jaemin to act like that towards them either.

it was justified.

and so, he was telling himself that he couldn't blame them.

but another pert of him was screaming betrayal.

if they were his friends, they would have told him.

but if they had, jaemin would have gotten mad.

that was for sure.

jaemin's mind kept wandering to renjun and jeno.

this is all it seemed to do these past days.

he recalled their conversations and their argument.

and he couldn't help but notice that those two boys had tried helping him, and telling him indirectly that he couldn't hate muggles.

they kept repeating that firing muggles would hurt him more than it would relieve him.

at first, jaemin thought they were talking about jeno.

because jeno was a muggle, and as much as they bickered, jaemin had grown used to their constant arguing to the point he had started developing feelings for him.

but, in fact, they were also speaking about donghyuck, his dearest friend, and jisung, one of his new friends.

they had said this to protect him.

and jaemin somehow felt thankful of that.

he could imagine being torn apart form donghyuck because the boy would be forced to leave because of his origins.

he could imagine the confusion he would feel when he'll see donghyuck disappearing form his life.

and he didn't want that.
