I'm angry with how you treat yourself,

You neglect your life and needs.

You always let yourself down,

By never listening to your body.

You were humiliated by the way you were,

With the way you looked,

With all your health.

I'm bitter about the life we had,

And how we gave it up along the way.

You're mad at how you treat yourself,

Always negative in many ways.

You always get frustrated

with the things you can and cannot do.

You always get so distant,

When you're feeling pain.

,

In Each and every way.

You betray the person you once were,

Stabbing her in the back.

You're resentful of your childhood

And the things you used to do.

You disrespect yourself ,

By calling yourself names.

You always laugh at yourself,

When you think you could have more.

You feel violated of all the years that were robbed,

Furious you fall to the ground,

Not wanting to get back up,

Instead just wanting to give up.

You're jealous of the life your friends get to live,

Knowing yours won't be that easy.

You provoke negative thoughts,

When you say you're not enough.

You get infuriated when you can't move,

Can't get out of bed, Stand up or walk .

It annoys you that no matter what you do,

It will never go away.

You withdrawl from all your family,

Thinking it's easier this way.

Not realsing you're making it worse

By not being with the ones you love.

Some times you feel numb inside,

You just want to feel.

Other days it hurts so much,

You want to feel numb.

You're sceptical with how good you feel,

Normally theres always a price that must be paid.

You've been angry with yourself for too many years,

It's time to let the feeling go.

Say goodbye to all that hate.
