You walk out your bedroom in the bunker with a wet face. Not a wet face from getting into a shower, but from crying. Your arrogant dick of a boyfriend just broke up with you officially over a text. Not even a call, a fucking text message.

You couldn't function. You couldn't even stop yourself from crying your heartbreak away. The thought of calling him to ask him why was all that was on your mind. To ask him why he couldn't talk to you about how he was feeling? That you both could work it out. That you deserved to be loved so why couldn't he do that? The thought of calling him kept popping up, but the answer always was he wouldn't answer if he didn't call in the first place.

Your thoughts were all jumbled up as more tears flowed down your cheeks as you walk to the kitchen in the bunker. You try not to disturb Dean's or Sam's sleep but you knew it would take a lot to wake them up. You walk down the dark hallways but swiftly due to all the time your spend in the bunker, knowing it by heart.

You've spent a great deal of time with the brothers and their angel friend. You've grown fond of what they do, how they hunt and more precisely why they do it. You have been a hunter since you were younger but after you got really messed up in more than one accident you decided to take time off and let your wounds actually heal perfectly.

Then when you were getting back in the game, remembering the rhythm of the hunt. Your mind went blank. All those years with your dad gone. Practice you did, out the window. Anything and everything you learned wasn't there. And there you were going to die because of a vengeful spirit trying to kill you with it's nasty spirit ax.

Then the Winchester brothers came along and saved you. (You knew the one brother but after that hunt you began to know both better then before.) They were on the case you were on but they obviously were better at it then you. You forgot your matches and lighter so you couldn't ignite the fire. Then they came in and saved your ass from being killed. But when they asked you to go for a drink you declined saying you had to get back to your boyfriend, y/bf/n.

Ah, y/bf/n was a very nice man and he was truly perfect. He left every weekend and some nights for work to pay the bills since your job didn't exactly pay. You never told him what your profession really was you lied and said you were in a religious mission. Saying you were international and that's why you left for weeks on end planing a to save a hungry child in Africa. You hate having to lie to y/bf/n but it was for his own good. Once you know what exists out there, there is no going back.

You two both lived together in a little house, more like an apartment by the size. You could see your future happening with him. But of course being a hunter you never get what you wanted. He saw you one night getting home late with a guy and started thinking the worst. The guy was a son of your dad's friend and he had found you through his dad's contacts and you guys hit it off. You liked this old friend going by the name Dean and decided to take him to your house and you didn't mind y/bf/n wasn't home from work yet, but he was.

But of course he left. He left saying everything was wrong. He left you cause he thought you were something more than a friend to Sam and Dean. After he left you got drunk most nights, blamed it on yourself and went on a hunt not in the right mind and got seriously injured. You lost two teeth, got scars all over your body and one hideous one from your left eye to your mouth. Your knee makes a weird sound when you walk and sometimes your ankle hurts really bad. So you took off for awhile then got back at it almost dying in the process and that led to you seeing Dean and Sam Winchester again.

Now that you look at it you seem foolish to think y/bf/n would have come back for you. He left everything because he thought you were more to them then you were to him. Now you see that he should've trusted you more than to deny your love for him.

You walk into the kitchen and try to find water to help with your dry throat. You see the fridge and see a bottle a whiskey near the fridge door but you grab a water bottle out of the fridge instead. You learned your lesson of whiskey drinking.

You walk to the table and sit down, not opening your eyes, and start to drink your water.

"Hey, y/n. You alright?" You hear a familiar voice say and at first it startles you. You jump in the chair a little and you open your eyes wide from being startled. Your y/e/c eyes meet a pair of apple green ones.

"Yeah, I'm fine Dean." You say and the tears keep flowing down your face but not as fast or much as before. You just hope Dean can't see them. You stand up from the table ready to leave the room. "Just the Notebook is so sad you know? Gets to me every time."

"If you're sure?" He asks you and gets up also, closing the book behind him. You nod getting ready to leave and cry in peace. "It's not because of something else?"

You shake your head trying to hold in the tears that are spilling out. "I'm sure." You choke out but manage to keep your voice some what calm. You're sure Dean heard the muffled choked sob and you turn to get away before he asks why but you couldn't, not before you felt a tug.

You landed gracefully into Dean arms and the tears start to flow fully. You couldn't stop they just came. You hugged him tightly whilst him doing the same.

"I've never meant for this to happen. I just wanted a normal life, Dean." You say in between each sob you cry out. "It hurts so bad."

"That's every hunters dream, y/n. Shh, it's alright just cry, I know I know." He say in a soothing tone and you do. You stand there in the dark kitchen, hugging Dean closely as you cry your tears dry. You never would have guessed this is what you needed most. Getting a hug after being truly alone for so long.
