Lissy- " Fine. I didn't tell you because I knew you wouldn't let me go."
Dad- "You don't know that. I might have let you go and might have not."
Lissy- "You haven't let me go in the past, so I figured that you wouldn't let me. So I didn't ask you if I could go."
Dad- "So you snuck out and went to this party? Has sneaking out ever worked for you in the past"?
