Adorning self with smiles of protection
Never again she vowed in desperation
Ornating her shield with dumb flowers
Neglecting any praising flattery showers
Letting all pass overhead and shoulders
Yet couldn't help wishing for true holders
Believing that words could only be lies
Encompassing her world's skies
Bottling up the feels of a living dead heart
Loneliness she'd hate and crave in hurt
Overlooking any daring sunshine ray
Outsmarting lust or love in a slippery way
Dusting off her diamond heart from ashes
Yearning phoenix readying for clashes
