Well, this is a little play to revise my frenchy words a bit ☺... 😓😩 I'd say, not so good as they wouldn't come out freely like their english colleagues, and I don't understand why as I'm a freaking frenchy though 🤦♀️... 🤷♀️😅.

La vie ne vaut rien,
et rien ne vaut la vie
Comme l'air qu'on respire,
indispensable et gratuit
Or, les hommes voulant tout conquérir,
en donnèrent alors un prix
Ainsi la vie devint chère,
mais pas tant pour l'anobli
Pendant que son miserable confrère,
se bat chaque jour pour sa mie
Riche se complaît dans son confort,
alors que le miséreux cherche un nid
"Rien ne vaut la vie peut-être,
mais la vie ne vaut rien," le pauvre dit
Autrement "la mort ne vaut rien alors que
rien ne vaut la mort" aujourd'hui.

Life is worth nothing,
and nothing is of much value as life
Like the air we breath,
it is essential and free
But humans wanting to conquer all,
they gave it then a price
And life became expensive since,
though not so much for the ennobled
As his miserable peer would
fight each day for some bread,
Rich would be wallowing in its comfort,
while the destitute searches for a nest
"Nothing is worth life maybe,
but life is worth nothing" the poor said
Just as "death is worth nothing whereas
nothing is of value as death" nowadays.

PS: ok! So, I tried to translate it anyway, though I don't know if my englies would match up to them frenchies, and knowing my nonsensical words-play, hope some sense would get through still 😅... if not, then just ignore it 🙈😁.
