The 75 meter Offshore patrol vessel were scouring the ocean for signs of the downed mysterious aircrafts, intercepted by the air force more than a week ago.

They were able to recover parts and bits of the downed aircrafts and the carcass of it's passengers. And judging by how their uniforms look, they were confirmed as Dylaslans. Others were bearing the Scolusian uniform, and they were all high ranking ones. This has then caused an uproar as these were all transport planes. They might have bet their lives to reach Cardonia to fix a treaty or whatnot.

The recovere bodies were then sent back to the mainland to undergo autopsy.

Today, the patrol ship is accompanying a civilian salvage ship to recover what seemed to be an intact fuselage of one of the unfortunate planes. And the wreck is located on a newly discovered shoal which is only at least 30 meters deep.

This was previously a site where a Russian nuclear submarine sank during the 70's. This part of the ocean were deemed to be too deep, and for decades, the Kingdom has sealed the area as the Yankee class submarines supposedly were armed with a full load of nuclear weapons. This has spark an international dispute, the submarine sank in international waters, but Cardonia was lucky enough that it sank in the most deepest part of the Atlantic and through political dialogues have attained responsibility over the area due to the proximity of the site. 

"It seemed a few days ago a fishing vessel were in the area when the shootdown occurred. They immediately fled the scene as how they our F-16's mangled the whole fleet of large biplanes. They recalled a plane was able to descend in one piece and supposedly crash landed here at the shoal. Which by now we are able to confirm with our eyes." a navy officer discloses as she reported the account on the ship's captain..

The Captain then looked outside the bridge, and using the large binoculars on the bridge wing, he zoomed in at the civilian salvage vessel maneuvering into position.

A few hours passed by, the divers were able to fix the wooden fuselage on the salvage ship's large crane. And within minutes it was out of the water.

The large damaged fuselage then sits at the vessel's deck, awaiting further inspection.

It was surprisingly intact, besides the large holes obviously from a 20mm gatling gun, the plane is 'one piece'. And based on expert's assumption, the plane might have been able to land in the water before it sank at the bottom of the shoal.

"So there's a high probability there were survivors." wondered the Captain of the Mentor as he observe the wreck of the large biplane.

Without any further leads, the search and salvage operation were terminated. Cardonia has acquired it's much needed intel and recalled it's assets on the area.

Eversince the 'great migration' the coastal town were among the ones who have quickly recovered economically. It is mainly a fishing and agricultural town, before in the Atlantic they need to get far from the Cardonian shores to reel in tonnes of fish but here in this new world, they can easily say that fish production has nearly doubled.

They've only discovered the fact when the sailing ban was lifted and the navy and coast guard confirmed that the waters around the country are deemed safe enough. The current types of fishes now were entirely different to that of Earth, but surprisingly at a biological standpoint the types of fishes is closely related to that back of Earth.

But enough with the fishes, lately there has been an urban legend spreading across the town. A woman is on the loose kidnapping some of the townsfolk. And it is no joke, a few have already been gone missing.
