Steve dropped me off at school and I made my way into class. Lucas, Dustin and I all sat down before we noticed a certain someone was late. "Oh, this is weird. He's never this late," Dustin blurt. "I'm telling you, his stupid plan failed," Lucas seethed. "I thought you liked his plan," I reply. "Yeah, but obviously it was stupid, or he'd be here," Lucas adds. "If his mom found out that a girl that isn't y/n spent the night--" Dustin began. "He's in deep shit right about now," I follow. "Hey, what if she slept naked?" Dustin whispers. "Oh, my God, she didn't," Lucas groans. "Yeah. Don't be gross," I add. "Oh, if Mrs. Wheeler tells my parents..." Dustin croaked. "No way. Mike would never rat us out," Lucas defends. "I don't know," I reply hesitantly. "All that matters is, after school, the freak will be back in the loony bin, and we can focus on what really matters, finding Will," Lucas exclaims
