Between getting slushies to the face and getting mocked in the halls everyday, Lyric Baldwin blends in with the crowds at McKinley High. In order to enjoy her second year of high school, she decides to join the new and improved glee club. What she isn't ready for is always being second to Rachel Berry for solos ... and for the attention of Finn Hudson, the star quarterback of the football team, who suddenly joins Glee Club. With a supportive mother and a disappearing act of a dad, Lyric tries to navigate her couple last years of high school with the power of music.

Quick side note:
I will be developing Lyric's home life just as well as her life at school, just to give the character a deeper arc and make her someone that you can really care for and about. The romance between Finn and Lyric will be a SLOW burn, just because I'm a sucker for those types of stories. I just love the frustration they cause :)
I will also be making a playlist for the overall story, but there will be some songs that weren't used in the series that Lyric will sing or "write" during her time in Glee Club. However, every song added will be credited at the end of each chapter along.
Lastly, Lyric might, possibly, sometimes, break out into song every once in a while... just because I'm obsessed with musicals, even though said musical might have been released after the show. But like I said before, everything not in the show originally, will be credited!
