The screams of the night whisper
The whispers in the day scream
Volume control couldn't work any clearer
For these whispers and screams
Shut out the voices
Shut out the cries
Cover thy eyes
Cover they ears
Then when the voices are finally gone
And the whispers and done with their tears
Shall the screams be mute for one night
As thy head is rendered 'clear'
Then the eyes of the beholder lay there at night
In amusement to the silence
So quiet that it rings in their ears
And sleep becomes nothing in the slightest
