Hey guys so this poem is inspired by the song,"Ticking Bomb" by Aloe Blacc from The Expendables 3.
Life doesn't last forever,
we stand, and we live,
we look at the time,
wishing the time doesn't run out,
the whole world is sitting on a ticking bomb,
the time will freeze,
everything will turn black,
dust in ashes,
ashes will turn into nothing,
the whole world is sitting on a ticking bomb,
we cannot stop, not for a second,
the world doesn't stop and wait,
the world goes round quickly,
like a never ending train,
just going,
then we have to jump to get on it,
then when it's time,
we jump again,
we go on adventures,
never forgetting those times,
we take everything in as much as we can,
the whole world is sitting on a ticking bomb,
we can't stop and stare,
no time to stop,
only time to start,
no pause,
the whole world is sitting on a ticking bomb.
