Hey guys so this is just a new poem, it's not inspired by a song or anything, this is just me and my words, my ideas and my heart.
Taken by surprise,
I can taste the bitter taste,
that once was so sweet,
only now you're gone,
our love was so unknown,
you've had me head over heels for you,
that was the time when I tasted that sweet taste,
you had my trust, you knew another chance, never to happen,
what made you turn so bitter?,
what made the sweetness go away,
now only claws in my heart,
blood spilling, sweet talking silenced,
you still want us lip locking,
you gave me your word,
for your protection,
for me to be safe,
you looked in my eyes,
quickly I turned away,
caught with your look,
too blind to see anything,
still I want to believe you,
but won't,
you still have me under your control,
we were bound by love,
now long gone, that love I'm still hungry for,
no longer will I lust for you,
they looked in my eyes,
caught taken by my look,
many words unspoken,
in my heart lies bittersweet devotion,
my heart ached,
blood spilling,
my skin away peeling,
they told me this is true,
now I'am cut by the cord,
my life now restores,
renewed by something that's called new start.
