I watch you,

I want you,

I know I can't have you,

I cry seeing you with her,

and even if you tell me not to cry,

I'll never be able to hold back these tears,

because you told me that a long time ago, and now you're no longer here,

we believe the beautiful lies,

and forget the painful truth,

why can't I hold your hand, just once?,

I sit in the dark,

you let me have those endless nights,

I get soaked by the rhyming of the rain,

if I can't have you, I'll walk this life alone,

 and even when you're gone,

I can still hear you calling my name,

your voice was like silk,

it sent me to sleep,

you let me go down so deep,

why should I take a leap?,

when all I do is weep,

and even when I sit alone,

when I'm stuck in the place we both used to call home,

I remember all those horrible things you told me,

And I cry because you're no longer here to hold me,

you let me sit here and shiver from the cold,

you knew you were to me like gold,

you let me become a piece of mould,

 I don't have a direction,

so I just roll down this road,

without you the time slowed,

I'm in love with you,

but you will never know,

you let me watch as the rivers flowed,

without you I will get old,

 as I walk out,

I see you with someone else,

you let me see you cheat,

you let me drop on my feet,

feeling the cold, dirty concrete,

you let me become bitter sweet,

you let me become a piece of sheet,

my heart breaks like a tiny shard of glass,

from your so called love,

I'am forever scarred,

as I lose my guard
