It's been a day since Niall proposed to my and we couldn't be any happier.

Today, we invited Amelia over for a film night, also so we can officially tell her about the news.

"So, when's she coming over?" Niall asked, mixing M&M's in the bowl of popcorn.

I shrugged my shoulders and popped a chocolate from the popcorn into my mouth.

"Huu I mentally claimed that one!" Niall whined.

I chuckled and kissed him quickly on the lips.

"Tough shit, babe." I teased, ruffling his hair.

He was about to say something when there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it." I explained, walking away.

Before I could reach the door, Niall grabbed my hand with both of his.

"Princess, can't we watch The Shining just together, you know alone?" He begged.

I raised my eyebrows and stood taller.

"What are you trying to say Niall? Did anything happen?" I questioned, picking a fluff of lint off the sleeve of my shirt.

"Erm, no, I just want time with you." He murmured.

Searching in his eyes, I sighed and opened the door.

Standing there was Amelia, she looked up at me and smiled.

"Aria!" She squealed.

I tightly hugged her.

"How are you?" I smiled, pulling away.

"Doing pretty well. Oh, hi Niall," she announced.

Prancing over, my best friend gave Niall a hug.

He awkwardly patted her back, walking over towards me.

"So, want to watch the film?" I smiled.

We were sitting on the sofa, with blankets covering our eyes.

Amelia was sitting on the other end while Niall was in the middle, with me on his other side.

For an odd reason, the atmosphere felt very stuffy and awkward.

To make it less awkward, I tapped Niall's shoulder for cue.

"One...Two...Three." I whispered.

"IT'S JOHNNY!" We both shouted, trying to mimic the murder.

"Ah! Stop it guys!" Amelia screeched, holding her face.

I laughed and reached over Niall's shoulder, patting her head.

A few moments later, the most horrifying scene in the film began to roll.

"Meals, you might want to cover your eyes." I mumbled, taking a bite of the last remains of popcorn.

She sighed and rolled her eyes.

"I want to be brave and watch." She lied, squeaking as blood sprinkled onto a character.

Instead of doing so, she practically leaped into my fiancé's lap.

Rolling my eyes, I shook it off.

"Erm, I'm going to go make more popcorn." He muttered, pushing her off.

Amelia and I awkwardly sat there, caring on with the film.

I couldn't believe that she was hitting on my lover. I mean, we were getting married in less than three months!

Crossing my arms across my chest, I scowled.

"Whats your problem?" She snickered.

Looking over at my unfaithful friend, I sighed.

"I'd actually like to know your problem." I muttered.

She held her hands up in defense.

"Fine, I don't want to fight tonight, so I'll just leave." She said, getting up.

I ignored her and watched her walk into the the kitchen to the door.

Getting up to see if she left, I walked to the kitchen.

"I'll be leaving. Can I say goodbye?"

Gasping, I hid behind the wall, listening.

"Erm, bye then?" Niall murmured, salting the popcorn.

Instead of hearing the door close, she lunged onto him.

"Listen, I've wanted you since the Xfactor and I deserve to be with you." She purred, tightly holding onto him.

"Actually, my heart belongs to Aria and if you would, get off of me." He muttered.

"Amelia!" I shouted, running into the kitchen.

"Babe, I swear-" Niall began.

"I know, Ni." I held my fingers up to his direction.

"But you, Amelia, I thought I could trust you, my own best friend! I want you to get out and never come back!" I shouted.

She huffed and grabbed her bag, opening the door and flipping me off, slamming it.

"You believe me?" Niall asked as we cuddled on the sofa.

I placed my head on his chest and sighed.

"Of course, I knew what she was playing." I murmured, tracing shapes on his maroon shirt.

He grumbled in pleasure and kissed my cheek.

"Good, I don't know what I would've done without you." He whimpered, squeezing my close.

I sighed and wiped my eye with my thumb. Amelia, my own best friend, well now ex-best friend hitting on my soon-to-be husband. Never a day would I think she would do that.

"Is that why you didn't want her over?" I choked.

Niall sighed and looked down at me, noticing my tears.

"Hey, hey, hey, don't shed a tear for her, lass. It doesn't matter anymore, I'm here with you and that's all that is important." He cooed, moving my on top of him.

Smiling, I nodded.

"I'm sorry, I just feel so fooled." I confessed.

He sat up and wrapped my legs around his waist and began to hug me.

"You listen to me, Aria Kingsley, that will never happen again." He slowly whispered into my hair.

Sitting there, I nodded.

What could get worse?
