Life had always been easy. The entire path from childhood to adult was already set from the beginning.

First you learn to hold your head up, then sit, then crawl, then stand and eventually walk and a set of milestones would be complete.

You start going to school to get an education and make something of yourself for the future.

In between all that is where you gain friendships and partners, love and hate, non-blood siblings and enemies, good times and bad, in between all that is where everything changes.

Yeah, life was easy.

But it is we who make it difficult.
