I tried pulling away at first but then I just went with it and kissed him back. I actually enjoyed it.

We stopped. “What just happened?” I asked.

“We kissed, and I think you liked it.”

“I think I did too, but I shouldn’t have.”

“Lexi, it’s ok. It was just a kiss! It’s not like we just had sex or something.”

“Yeah. Can we go to Rebecca’s now?”

“Fine.”

We got to Rebecca’s and I got out before Andy even stopped the car. I went up and knocked on the door.

“Did you guys come together?” She asked.

“Yeah, he saw me walking and gave me a ride.”

“Oh, ok. You can go into the living room. I’m gonna wait for Andy.”

“Ok.” I went into the living room and sat down. I noticed that there were a lot of expensive paintings so I figured her family was probably rich.

They walked into the living room holding hands, but the whole time Andy was looking at me.

Rebecca came and sat next to me and Andy sat on a chair across from us.

“Andy, I have to tell you something.”

“Yeah, I need to tell you something too.”

“Ok. You go first.” She said.

“Uhm, well, I think that we’re good together, but I think that we should take a break for a while.”

“What? You can’t do this to me! I’m pregnant with your kid!”

I pulled Andy into the kitchen.

“Did you know she was pregnant?”

“Yeah, John told me.”

“Is that why you broke up with her?”

“Partially.”

“Well, what’s the other part?” I asked.

“I want you Lexi. That’s the other part.”

“I thought we already discussed this. I’m with John.”

“We can change that. I’ll make you want to break up with him.” He was starting to corner me.

“Andy, I think we should go back to Rebecca.”

“Fine.”

I went over to Rebecca, and she was crying.

“Rebecca, it’s ok. He doesn’t deserve you anyways.”

“I need him. I can’t handle this kid without him.”

“Yes you can.”

“I don’t know.”

“Trust me.”

“Ok.” She sighed. “I think I wanna be alone. Can you guys go?”

“Yea.” I went back into the living room and grabbed Andy. “We’re leaving.” I said.

He got in his car. “Aren’t you gonna get in?” He yelled.

“No! You’re a freaking jerk!” I yelled back.

“Come on Lexi.”

“No.” I said, and just kept on walking until I made it home.
