I heard Shawn's giggles from across the room, as he read a message he had received on his phone. This had been going on for the past ten minutes, laughing at messages someone sent him.

"Shawn, you wanna watch a movie?" I asked, interrupting his giggles.

"Oh, uh- I'm actually gonna take a shower. But I'll join you after though." He placed his phone down on the table and took off his jacket.

"Okay." I replied.

"I love you." He smiled and walked up to me, placing his finger against my chin and kissing my lips gently.

"I love you too." I smiled at his sweet gesture, and watched him walk into the bathroom, locking the door behind him.

I sighed heavily and slumped onto our shared bed, grabbing the remote and turning on the TV.

After a while of figuring out what to watch, I decided to stick with step brothers, one of my favourite movies.

It was now about twenty minutes into the film, and I couldn't help but notice Shawn's phone buzzing every few minutes. Who ever was texting him must've been desperate for his reply.

It lit up again, causing me to groan and roll my eyes. But I suddenly stopped my actions once I saw what the message said.

Lola😍❤️: I love you baby boy, come visit again sometime. I had a great time today.😉

Lola? Who the hell is Lola? All these questions popped in my head and I immediately picked up Shawn's phone.

Of course I respect his privacy, but this seems a little odd. I mean, that's my nickname for him. I unlocked his phone and opened up his messages.

Lola, was the last person he had texted, and I quickly opened up their chat. My mouth swung open at the messages.

Shawn: hey beautiful, how's my girl? ❤️

Lola😍❤️: I miss you. I need you baby boy.

Shawn: and I need you. God I miss you & your body...

Lola😍❤️: well, maybe if you come over, you won't have to dream about touching me. If your a good boy I might reward you.😉

I almost puked at this one.

Shawn: Oh god, don't tempt me, babe.

I felt my eyes burn with tears, he's been cheating on me? My breathing increased rapidly, and I released the phone from my grip.

All this time, I thought he loved me, and he would do something as selfish as this? I heard the shower turn off and I quickly grew alarmed.

I placed Shawn's phone back on the table where I found it, and turned my body to the opposite way of the door, so my back was facing the bathroom.
