A moment of Silent Praise
Comes to us as a gift from Heaven
From God’s chosen one, for whom who pray
And we are given a Song to bring
To celebrate the Holy One today
Our way of expressing the Greatest Gift
Of this Transforming Power that does save
And the Praise we offer at Christmas time
Is just a humble offering
Of the gratitude we have to give
Of the Saviour and his great blessings
For he has shown us the Way to walk
In Joy and Peace in this life
For he is our beloved one
Who brings us eternal Life
The Truth of truths is in the Presence
Of his sacred heart
The gift of the ages comes
When we find this love we are never apart
A lifetime of adoration
Is shown in many ways
As the Power and the Glory
we celebrate on Christmas Day
