Background
This place was created before the creation of werewolves. The Moon Goddess made it so if at any need, werewolves could use it when in great danger.
How to Get in
Every pack has an entrance, most importantly, every home in a pack has a hatch to get in. The hatch must only be open to the werewolf it's appointed to, that's part of the purpose for the warding.
The Meaning for Wards
These help keep out everything. One of the wards on the hatch doesn't allow humans to go through. Although, some packs take up an entire city. With that being the case, if a pack cares about the people inside the city, the Alpha is the only one that can accept the humans to the underneath.
