Y/N POV

I pulled up the small pink comforter, before leaning the opposite way and pulling up the green one.

"Okay, little ones. All tucked in and ready to sleep, right?" I smiled. They flashed a cheeky grin, shaking their heads.

"Wrong!" The both giggled at the same time. I scoffed and laughed.

"Why not?" I laughed. The twins sat up in bed, bouncing up and down.

"Daddy hasn't told us a story yet!" Annabelle smiled. Max nodded, agreeing with his sister.

"Ah..." I nodded. "Well, we should probably call him in here, shouldn't we?"

They nodded quickly before taking a huge, dramatic breath.

   "DADDY!"

No more than 3 seconds later, I heard pounding footsteps up the stairs. I turned to the doorway and my lips curled into a smile when I watched Dylan bounce into the doorway.

"Did I hear my name? I thought I heard a slight whisper...." Dylan smirked, walking in as he pretended to scratch his head questioningly.

"You did! You did!" The twins yelled again. Dylan gave in, smiling.

"Alright, alright. What's tonight's adventure? Pirates? Fairies? Maybe werewolves?" He smirked to me. I rolled my eyes, shaking my head.

"No make up ones tonight daddy. We wanna hear you and mommy's story." Annabelle spoke in awe. Max quickly nodded, already excited.

"How many times have you heard this one? You could almost tell it yourselves!" Dylan laughed as he sat on the edge of Max's bed.

"But we wanna hear it again! It's so pretty!" Annabelle whined. Dylan chuckled and nodded, surrendering.

"Fine, fine. So, as I always start off- it was was the night of Tyler's  22nd birthday." He spoke dreamily.

   "Uncle Posey!" Max yelled happily.

"Yes, Max. Uncle Posey." I chuckled.

      FLASHBACK

I wiped my tears from laughing so hard, before shaking my head at Tyler.

"I can't believe you remember that." I sighed, looking to him. His eyes widened in a comedic way.

"How could I not! My childhood best friend does something that stupid, it's implanted forever!" He laughed, throwing his head back. I rolled my eyes at him.

"Hey, bro! This party is ridiculous!" I heard a shout. Both me and Tyler stood up straight, as we watched a guy walk up to us.

"Dylan! Thanks for coming!" Tyler smiled, pulling him in for a hug. They did a weird handshake before laughing loudly.

"Who's this?" The attractive guy asked smiling at me. I held out my hand.

"Y/N. And you are?" I asked. He smirked and took my hand gently.

"Dylan." He nodded. In the corner of my eye, I saw Tyler with the biggest smile.

"I'll leave you two to catch up." He nodded before walking away.

"So how do you know Posey?" He asked.

"As children we were neighbors. So quickly we became friends. You?"

"Work." He nodded. I let out an 'ah', nodding.
