Does someone dream
Dream of me?
Alone it seems
Is all I will be.
Thoughts of love
What will come?
Thinking and dreaming of
Love, learning from.
Who will be?
Who to my needs measure?
Anyone for always?
Or no one forever?
Does someone dream,
Dream of me?
Repeating it seems
Circles relentlessly.
Does anyone care
Want to be there by my side?
Sure my heart needs repair
And it will be a bumpy ride.
It will be hard to do
To stay the one who knows.
But I promise to love you
This proposition I propose.
You be there for me
Remain my love always,
And we will be happy
For the rest of our days.
Nichole finally found someone that treated her the way she deserved to be treated. Remember when I told you that on that Valentines Day in 2004 she told me she had met that man she was going marry? This and the next three poems were written for him.
