"Hey... Error?" "Hmm?" Error turned towards Blue as he seems to be nervously fidgeting with his gloves. He can do this- he already got the brothers' consent!

...

Not like they know that Error's Esmeray but still, he can let that fantasy of getting support stay until Esmeray's able to reveal himself again... Plus, it's already close since it's been a couple of days after he found out. Today... Today though, he just wants to finally have some alone time again with Error after so long.

"Uhm... This... May be a- a really odd request but..." Blue trailed off while Error tilted his skull in confusion. "Can we... Can we go to Outertale? Just the two of us?" Blue sheepishly said while Error blinked, before blinking again. "I... Don't see how that request is odd, but okay." Error couldn't help but snicker, especially at how Blue seemed surprised at his response before grinning, ignoring the blush that suddenly dusted his face at that ̶a̶̶d̶̶o̶̶r̶̶a̶̶b̶̶l̶̶e̶ giggle. "Great! Shall we go then?" Blue cheered. Honestly, he would've asked for a picnic but he knows that Error pretty much stopped eating anymore. Reason why is beyond him but there's not much he can do yet. He swears that one day, he'll find out the reason!

"Sure." Error hummed as he then opened a portal and entered through. Blue, smiling excitedly, going into the portal as well.

Behind the two, Killer silently watched before grinning a bit. "Okay guys Blue got a date!" Killer exclaimed as the portal closed. "Hell yeaaaah!" Cross cheered, punching the air while Nightmare sighed at his siblings. Though, he couldn't help but feel a bit protective over Error still while Dream seems to be happily revelling in the positivity.

"Maybe Blue could actually help Error eat too if he manages to." Alter sighed as he walked by. "Who knows? Not me." Killer shrugged before giggling a bit. Dream chuckling lightly before he then stepped back from the door where they were spying on Blue. His twin was mostly just listening honestly. "How long do you guys think it would take Blue to confess?" Nightmare couldn't help but ask and Cross beamed a bit. "Hopefully today!" "If only it was right this second." Killer dramatically puts a hand on his frontal lobe and sighs before snickering lightly.

Oh well, best they could do is root for their blueberry friend.

"Here Blue!" Error chirped softly as he then gave Blue the nice cream. Blue gasping a bit and taking it. "Ohh thank you Ru!" Blue chirped happily before he then began to lick the nice cream happily and Error nods while smiling a bit. Error then sat down besides Blue once more before looking up at the starlit sky and smiling. He always did loved Outertale, having a special place for Error for the view.

"So... Was there a particular reason why you wanted to go to Outertale?" Error asked softly and Blue blinked, glancing at him before shaking his skull. "No not really... It's just... It's nice hanging around with you, y'know?" Blue smiled lightly and Error blinked, before smiling as well. "I see..." Error spoke, looking up at the stars, fighting back the blush that attempted to show on his face. Don't tell him that he failed, shhh.

A few moments passed though, and the shuffling of dirt could be heard. He then glanced at Blue, who was now closer to him, nibbling on his ice cream. Error couldn't help but remember how some people find biting on ice cream weird... He doesn't get it. Blue noticed his staring and blinked. "What?" Blue asked through a mouthful and Error blinked. "Nothing... It's just that... I remember some people finding that biting ice cream is weird... Or- well... Sorta wrong I think?" Error then shrugged a bit and Blue blinked. "Ohh... Pfft-" Blue snrked. "It's because some people's teeth cannot handle the cold sensation, as it either hurts or gives them a tingling sensation, thus making it feel weird." Blue hummed and Error nods lightly. "I see." Error muttered in thought, glancing back up at the beautiful sky once more, watching the stars twinkle.

"Yeah." Blue laughed a bit as he then went back to biting his ice cream like a menace. Error then smiled a bit, relaxing more before he slowly leaned against Blue, skull on his shoulder. Blue then glanced at Error before looking back up at the stars happily.

"Hey... Error...?"

"Hm...?"

Blue contemplated on asking, for a moment, but decided to do so anyways. "Is there a reason why you're short?" Error blinked, before he suddenly began to laugh and Blue blinked, turning towards him. "What?" Blue couldn't help but grin at seeing his crush laughing, a small blush dusting his cheeks. "It- It's just-" Error wheezed out. "It's just that I didn't expect that!" Error laughed as he then placed a hand on his mouth, the laughter descending to a giggle.

"B-But yes, there is a reason..." Error chuckled lightly as he then leaned against Blue again, having sat up during his laughing fit earlier. "When I was... Y'know, I was 16 when I was taken." Error hummed a bit as Blue finished the last of his popsicle. "The reason why I'm short is because when I became an Error, my growth was stopped as I am now glitched." Error spoke and Blue blinked, glancing at him. "Does that mean your body is technically 16 years old still?" That would be hella weird.

"What? No. Even though my height was stunted to that of a 16 years old, I am not, both in body and age." Error huffed lightly and Blue seems to have breathed out a sigh of relief, making Error snicker. "Though, honestly, once I'm free, my height's growth might continue. Maybe not, I don't know really." Error mused as Blue then sets down the popsicle stick and hugged Error suddenly, making him yelp. "Good! But even with your stunted and probably permanent height at this point, you stay adorable nonetheless!" Blue exclaimed, causing Error to flush a bright yellow. "Shut up..." Error muttered causing Blue to laugh.
