Returning to his base, he then went towards his office and then opened the door, sitting down and then sighing softly. He then opened the locket once more, trying to see if he could find the reason why the two littler ones look so familiar. The feeling he was getting from the two little ones was like a family he never knew he had... ... Which is exactly the case now that he mentioned it.

After a while of contemplation, a knock sounded on the door. "Boss? It's ya bois!" Killer's voice rang out, followed by muffled laughter from three others and Nightmare couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at how goofy his bois are being. "Come in." He then carefully sets the locket down and the door bursted open with the bois tumbling in into a pile of bones. Nightmare simply raised a brow in amusement at the display.

"Alright, what do you little assholes want?" Dust simply gave a smirk at Nightmare's direction. "Oh come on boss, don't be like that!" Dust exclaimed while Horror quickly got off Cross, who then stood up while Killer pushed Dust off and got up as well, dusting himself. "So! Boss, we got bored and we decided that we wanted to raid an AU!" Horror chirped while Killer, Dust and Cross nodded in unison. "Is that really the only reason?" Nightmare raised a brow, he knows there's something more.

".... Aaaand maybe disturb or annoy Error by wreaking havoc in the AUs." Killer grinned, followed by Cross smiling as if he was planning to reign hell like some youngest child. Nightmare sighed. "Fine, just make sure to be careful, and to stay as a group. Make sure to never, ever, split up however. Ink and his council are getting more and more alert and I would rather not think of the consequences for when you two are captured. " Nightmare spoke and the bois saluted in different forms, Cross being the only one who did it flawlessly, being the ex royal guard that he is.

The others simply bursting into giggles while Cross eyed the little string on Nightmare's hand. He couldn't help but feel that it was familiar. "Boss? What's that in your hand?" Cross curiously asked and Nightmare glanced at the bois and back at the locket. "A locket... I found it in my AU." He couldn't tell that he was working with Dream, not yet... Gotta keep up the 'I hate Dream D:<' act.

It's mostly just something he and his brothrr does for fun at this point. His brother also likes to join after all, with his 'I will save you brother >:(' act to join with his.

Nightmare then showed them the locket to give them a better view, it's not like it's something he absolutely has to hide from his boys after all. But then he noticed how Cross and Killer seem to freeze after showing it and was then confused. Especially more from the burst of emotions from the two skeletons.

"Ooh that looks so cool!" Horror exclaimed and Dust nodded. "It is!." Dust then glanced at Killer and Cross and noticing how they seem to be surprised as wdll. "Hey, you guys okay?" Dust asked before flinching in surprise when he heard Cross choke on a sob, watching as he covered his mouth with both hands as well. "Hey hey hey! Cross! What's-" "E-Esmeray..." Killer whispered and Nightmare's eyesocket widened at the familiar name.

"E-Esmeray..." Killer began to cry as well while Cross turned to Killer in surprise at hearing the name before turning to Nightmare and quickly rushing towards him, leaning over the desk. "B-Boss- Boss please let me see the locket." Cross stuttered out and Nightmare carefully handed Cross the locket, Killer quickly rushed towards Cross as well, leaning close as Cross opened the locket with careful handling.

The two skeletons' eyesockets widened at the photo seen inside. Killer, being more emotionally affected than expected, had his SOUL shaking before morphing into the heart shaped SOUL he only ever privately shows on rare occasions, surprising those in the room asides from cross.

"This..." Killer choked out while Nightmare was just confused. How... How did they know who Esmeray is...? "Killer, Cross? What's wrong?"

"B-Boss... this... this locket b-belonged to... to someone important to- to me- to us..." Cross shakily whispered shakily glancing down at Killer as realization seems to have settled in. Killer looking up at Cross in return, also having the same look.

"He's- He's our brother. Our older brother." Killer finished, sniffling as he then carefully took the locket from Cross, who lets him and staring at the three skeletons in the picture. Cross then wiped his tears away, or kept trying too while sniffling. "Th-then. That would mean that you're..." Killer trailed off, silently uttering a name, but Cross still heard it loud and clear. "Mallory..." Cross shakily nods, sniffling and mumbling, "Yes... It- It's me, Keres. It's me... -" Cross sobbed again before feeling arms wrapping around him in a hug.

Killer- Keres? was hugging him tightly, and Cross hugged him back without any hesitation. How could he? This was his long lost sibling!

Dust and Horror couldn't helo but feel a bit awkward at the sudden emotional outburst, but also quite happy for the two. However, it was still both awkward either way, so they scooted closed to Nightmare. "Boss...?" Nightmare was silently watching the scene, quite shocked himself really. No wonder they felt so familiar...

He lets the two hug it out for a moment before going towards the two and carefully engulfing them in a hug. It all made sense now... Esmeray's younger, biological siblings is here, serving under his care. "Shh... It's okay... It's okay..."

Update of 3/21/34: Mmmmm yeah I added more words and made it more descriptive because the original made me cringe by how fast paced it was. Whatcha gonna do about it?
