Doctor: we just got finish with the surgery so give us about 45 minutes to an hour to monitor him in recovery then we'll come get you all. The police would also like to speak with his mother.

Raven pov: I can't believe my nephew was shot. Just seeing his body laid out was giving me flashbacks of Jamal. I'm just glad he's okay. After a while the doctor came and got me and Layla and let us go see him. He had all types of cords and monitors hooked up to him. He was still sleeping but I'm so glad he's still alive.
Layla; he's been showing out more since you've been around. All he talks about is you, tt this and tt that. He doesn't want to listen to me and after today he's no longer welcomed to my home.
Raven: don't blame your guilt on me. But don't worry, Santana is on the phone with our lawyer as we speak and Jamel will be taken off your hands in just a few days.
