Santana: sitting on her bed) Ray I got a question

Raven: what's up?

Santana: wanna go to the lil Durk and lil Baby concert wit me?

Raven: smiles) you know Durk my husband of course I wanna go !

Santana:(laughs) girl he don't even know you

Raven: in my dreams he do (laughs) when is it ?

Santana: this Saturday

Raven: alright bet, I got time to do my hair

Santana: I hope so cause that bird nest on ya head ain't gone cut it

Raven: laughs) get out

Santana: I'm playin shawty(smiles) but I gotta get going anyways so I'll text you later

Raven: you going on the block?

Santana: yeah, gotta keep stacking this paper

Raven; sighs) be careful Santana

Santana: awww you care about me ?(smirks)

Raven: nods) I do actually, you a good friend and I don't wanna see nothing happening to you

Santana: I'm good Raven I stay strapped

Raven: I know you do but still, we've gotten closer this last few months and I don't wanna lose a friend

Santana: damn you really care about a nigga, well bestfriend I ain't going no where

Raven: smiles) better not let Gianna hear you say bestfriend , she'll fight you

Santana:(laughs) I ain't worried about her little ass, you can have two best friends. Imma see you later

Saturday afternoon:

Raven:(opening the door for Santana ) hi Bestfriend

Santana:hey Ray Ray , what's wrong ?(shutting the door )

Raven: I feel so nauseous ( going back to her room and getting in the bed)

Santana: damn, I'm sorry ( comes and sits at her desk) you take something for it ?

Raven: yeah

Santana: nods) damn you ain't feeling good, who gone go to this Durk and lil baby concert wit me?

Raven: meee duh (rolls her eyes playfully)

Raven pov: me and Santana are extremely close now. That's my bestfriend, I trust him wit my life. He goes hard for me to, he stays posting my work on his instagram getting me more customers, he even be passing out my flyers while he's on the block selling weed. That's a true supporter right there. But besides Gianna, whenever I have a problem I can always talk to him about it. He understands me for real.

Santana:(laughs) if you nauseous ,how you gone turn up at a concert?

Raven: easy imma take a nap now and then later imma wake up shower , eat , take some medicine and boom turn up ready (laughs) why you so far ? Come lay wit me

Santana: slides his shoes and jeans off and gets in the bed ) it's freezing in here

Raven: I ain't even notice I got this heating pad on my stomach, want me to turn the air off ?

Santana: nah you good cause I'm finna get under this cover

Santana pov: I ain't never had a girl bestfriend before but I like it. Raven is so real and I can vent to her about anything. She don't judge me or nothing. My home boy back in Detroit was just like this. They the only two I can honestly say I trust wit my life.  Me and Raven got real close these last couple months and we be having so much fun. This a real solid friendship for real. I got under the cover wit her and she scooted closer and laid on my chest. Then she was out like a light. I was kinda tired to no lie so I decided to take a nap.

Later that day:

Raven: in the bathroom) Santana !

Santana:comes to the door) yeah

Raven: can you see if I left my underwear on the bed?(laughing)cause either I'm tripping or they really not in here

Santana: what color?

Raven: green

Santana: goes and looks and comes back with them ) the granny panty 1's ?

Raven:(starts laughing harder ) fuck you, they not even granny panties they boy shorts( opens the door slightly and grabs them from him) thank you tho

Santana: laughs ) you welcome ( goes back into her room)

( Raven finishes getting dressed and then comes back into the room)

Santana: how you feeling?

Raven: my medicine kicking in so I'm good right now

Santana: I just doordashed us some food. I'm bout to go shower

Raven: okay

(Jamal comes and knocks on her door)

Raven: goes and opens it ) hi brother

Jamal: hi sister (walks in) I need to talk to you about something real serious

Raven: what's wrong?

Jamal:sit down

Raven: you're scaring me, everything okay ?(sits down)

Jamal: I alright talk to mama and pops but if anything was to happen to me you ain't gotta worry about nothing. This whole house would be taken care off.

Raven: Jamal what's going on?

Jamal: I just got a funny feeling like some people after me, I don't want you to panic cause you know I stay strapped but I want you to know you won't have to worry about a thing if something do go down

Raven: Jamal I - I don't wanna talk about this. Nothing is gonna happen to you.

Jamal: I got your name on all the paper work even the custody papers for Paris.

Raven: Jamal who's after you?

Jamal: I love you okay, I always have even though we clash sometimes. Im so proud of you for almost finishing school and starting your business and you gotta promise me you never gone give up your dream

Raven: Jamal please !

Jamal: promise me Raven, I want you to buy a building and make your salon happen.

Raven: I promise

Jamal:(Stands up and kiss her forehead) im finna head to work I'll see you later.

Raven: (hugging him tightly ) Jamal I don't know what's going on but be careful please

(Jamal leaves out)

Raven pov: that was strange as fuck and I don't like that at all. Me and my brother always been super close. After our sister Nia passed we got even closer cause we knew in the long run we would only have each other.

Santana: Raven ?

Raven: comes back into the room) um yeah?

Santana: looks at her ) what's wrong? Why you looking like that?

Raven: Jamal just left acting real strange, he thinks he's going to die

Santana: what? That's strange, he into it wit some people ?

Raven: not that I know of which is why it's kinda scaring me

Santana: try not to think too hard about it , I'm sure it's nothing. Maybe he just got a hold to some bad weed and he paranoid
