Parallax (Suicidal Vigilante Deku)

Kids love me...

I was really trying to get the music box to work again but it was kinda hard because once I went out, every kid came to me.

Kid 1: Izu! Izu! Izu!

Huh...

Why is it that when I get out that they alwayse around me...

There are literally heroes here....

Why come to me and let the hero stay there behind all by himself....

Whelp, not as if I don't enjoy their company....

Tho I am useless. 

I don't see what they see in me.

This child was a small boy and he looked at me with grabby grabby hands and I knew what he wanted. So I didn't hesitate and picked him up. It was kinda funny to see the kids run towards me and ignore Mic completely.

Kid 2: I wanna be picked up too.

Kid 3: Me too.

Kid 4: Me too.

Me: Hold up, hold up. I can't carry all of ya!

Kid 5: Then play with us!

Me: Okay but first let me get the music back up and running.

Kid 4: Izu! Play with us.

Kid 11: Yeah play with us!

Me: Okay Okay! Let's play I see.

Kids: Yeiy!

Me: Okay. I see... I see... What you can't see... And it is grey.

They will need a bit till they get that I mean Erasheread scarf.

While they will run around searching for grey things I can try and repair this.

With that thought in my mind I continued to go towards the music box. All the kids started running around and look for grey things while saying: Grey... Grey... Is this grey?

It was kinda cute and so I managed to get to the music box. I felt some eyes on me and I could tell that these 2 heroes were the reason why. They were basically staring holes in me. It was uncomfortable but nothing I could do against it.

First I opened the box back and saw that there was a wire that was lose. It wasn't a new one but a used one they got so things like that happen when they are moved around roughly and it's a cheap product.

So in the end all I had to do was attach it. Now I would have soldered it but I didn't had a solder iron at all. The least I could do now was just attach it and put it around another component which I knew it was used to be attached to.

After I did that I put the lid back and then plugged it in. Ut was right after I put everything back that the music box started playing again. It was also only then that I realized that Mic was standing behind me.

Mic: Oh wow. Good job little listener. You really are talented.

This is nothing.

Your support course does soo much more.

They are way better than me.

For them this had to be just childsplay.

Me: Nope. It was just an obvious problem.

Mic: Mhm but still. You knew how to get it back to work again.

It was obvious.

Even someone who doesn't know a thing about tech will see that lose wire and can attach it back to where it belongs....

This is honestly nothing serious nor praiseworthy.

Me: Yup.

It was also at this moment that 3 kids ran to me. One had a snail in their hand. Another one had a twig and someone else brought me a cup.

Kid 1: Is it this snail?

Kid 2: No. It's brown. It has to be the tree's bark. See it's grey.

Kid 3: The cup is grey too.

Kid 1: That's white.

Kid 3: Close to grey.

Me: Slow down guys. No fighting and it's none of them.

Mic: Can I join?

Me: Ask them not me.

Mic: Hey guys can I join?

Kid 1: A hero wanna join us?

Kid 3: Yeiy.

Mic: Okay so you're looking for a grey thing right?

Kid 2: Mh.

Mic: How about the mans scarf over there..

Me: Correct.

Kid 1: GUYS! WE GOT IT!

That was the symbol for every kid to come running towards us.

Kid 6: Let's play another game.

Kid 8: Yeah.

Kid 10: Let's do tag.

Kid 2: But Izu tok fast.

Kid 9: Hide and Seek?

Kid 1: He always finds us too...

Mic: Okay how about reverse hide and seek.

Kid 4: What's that?

Mic: We all search for him while he will hide.

Kid 6: Yes!

Kid 8: Let's do this.

Me: Are you sure?

Kid 9: Yes.

Kid 2: We wanna play with you.

Me: Okay then.

Mic: Great. I'll be back. I'll get Sho to search with us.

Kid 1: Who's Sho?

Me: I say the tired man over there with the scarf.

Kid 4: But he looks mean.

Mic: Oh but he is really a nice guy.

Kid 7: You sure he can search good? He looks old.

Mic: Hahahaha he can. He is the best.

They all looked at each other before nodding. So it was decided that I would go and hide myself within the orphanage which also meant the inside. I made aure to ask that because there was rhis window which was kinda high up but I knew how to get to it.

It's not the first time I would hide butit surely was the first time I would hide while someone was searching for me. Besides I knew a couple of spots that were perfect for hiding.

The only thing was that there would be heroes joining the search now.

This could only mean one thing and that was chaos.
