Kenzie's POV
It's been just a few days since Gabriella was born and since then, my mom bought a new house which is more private and closer to the Orlando's La house. Johnny won't be going to Toronto for a while since he wants to be with me and our daughter.
We were just sent home, and I went upstairs and saw the nursery.
It was fully decorated and furnished. I loved it, but she won't be sleeping in here until she's at least 3 months maybe. Johnny came behind me with the hospital bags and gifts people gave us.
"Wow." He said as he looked around the room.
"Johnny, can you hold her for me? I'm gonna put stuff away." I said as I handed her to him.
I tried to bed down and pick up a bag but it hurt so much. After the first day, I started to bleed so I needed a bit of surgery. Nothing major that's why I was only there for like a week.
"Fine. I'll sit." I said then sat on a rocking chair and Johnny handed me our daughter then kissed my lips and went to put everything away, with my guidance, duh.

I was feeding Gabriella when Maddie came by. She was at a meeting earlier today. "Hey," Maddie said as she came inside the nursery as I fed Gabriella.
"Hey," I greeted her back then looked back at my sweet baby, who kept me up all night.
"How is she?" Maddie asked as she kneeled down so she could see Gabriella.
"Maddie, I have to tell you something." I told her.
"Yes?" She asked.
"I'd like you to be Gabriella's god mother. That's why I didn't put your name in hers. Because you're her aunt and god mother. I trust you most with her. You're my sister." I said to her and she started to cry.
"Of course I would be honored to." she then gave me a slight hug and then kissed Gabriella's forehead.
"Johnny is getting clothes from his house. He'll be back for dinner." I told her and she nodded.
I cleaned up after I finished feeding Gabriella. I put her in a swing downstairs so we could all watch her.
I went to my room and changed into comfortable clothes. I grabbed something's I need before heading back downstairs and saw my mom watching Gabriella.
"She's so beautiful Kenz." My mom stared at her in awe.
"I know. Just wished she came a little later." I said.
"Why?" My mom asked; confused.
"Mom, I'm 16. It's been a long journey already. Just, being a mom adds to the pile." I said as I fiddled with my ring Johnny gave me, it was a promise ring from last month when he got me it.
Yeah, it's one big rock. He also said it was kind of an engagement ring? I mean, we're 18 and 16. But it's mostly a promise ring so when we're older, we'd be married.
"You love that ring don't you?" Maddie asked as she sat beside me as all three of us watched Gabriella sleep.
"Of course. Johnny gave me it." I said as I smiled at Gabriella.
"Wait? What are you talking about? The actual ring or Gabriella?" Maddie asked.
"Both," I answered as I looked at my sleeping baby, then a felt a pair of arms wrapped around me. I knew that smell from anywhere. Johnny. "Hey baby." I said in a hush voice.
"Hey, you just put her to sleep?" He asked as he sat behind me.
"Yeah. Let's go upstairs. I wanna talk to you." I said then we walked upstairs.
"What do you wanna talk about babe?" He asked.
"What does this ring mean to you? You said it was a promise ring. Then a pre-engagement ring? Just tell me. It's been eating me alive." I giggled at the end making Johnny smile.
"Kenzie," he placed my hands in his, "I love you. And our daughter. This ring symbolizes that our love is stronger than anything else. I gave this to you so you always had me. And, I promise you, I will marry you. No matter what." I smiled then kissed him with live, passion, and lips. You use lips to kiss. Hahahha, mom jokes.
"I love you too. Forever." I said then we kissed again.

"How was the meeting John?" My mom asked Johnny.
"Good. But I don't think I'll take the job." Johnny answered. Why not??? The job is offering a huge part in a movie.
"Why not?" I asked and he looked down until he looked back up, no expression.
"I said no because....it's filming in Switzerland." I chocked on my breath.
"Why?" I asked.
"Switzerland. Kenzie, that's so far. I want to be here, with you and our daughter." He said as he cupped my face and leaned in to kiss me.
"That's our cue to leave." Maddie said then mom and her left the table as me and Johnny made out.

"Let's go kenz!" My mom yelled as I carried Gabriella in her car seat. Today we'll be going to the What If set to take some baby photos and then go to a building for regular photos.
I went to the What If set for my maternity photos as well. It's such a beautiful place. "Come on." Lauren said then helped me walk down the stairs with all the things I was carrying.
I placed Gabriella in the car, checking fifty times if I had done it correctly. "You attached it perfectly. Plus you're going to be next to her. And Johnny on the other side." My mom said then I got into the car, only my makeup and hair was done because I couldn't bare to get spit up on my dress.
Gabriella hated the car ride. She couldn't stop crying, and it was a long ride. I was at my breaking point. "Shh, it's ok. Mommy and Daddy are here." I said but she kept crying.
"Sing to her." Maddie said so I looked at Johnny and we started to sing.
"All day and night."
We sang to her until she calmed down, by that time we were there already and everything was getting set up.
I sat in the chair, feeding Gabriella as Maddie fixed my hair and touched up my makeup. "Hey love," Johnny said as he walked to me and kissed my lips. Getting some red lipstick on his lips.
"Hi Dorthy." I joked as I wiped off the red. "Can you take go burp her? Here is the cloth. Just don't get it on your shirt." I said then he took the cloth and Gabriella.
"He's a great father." Maddie said to me as I watched Gabriella and her father.
"He sure is. But I know it's killing him not to tell the public eye." I said.
"Hey, it's your secret life." Maddie said then continued to do my hair as I watched my family.
