Monday had arrived and your group was dashing through the streets to get to school.
"I can't believe you slept in Sora!" Kairi yelled, Sora gasped as he ran.
"I'm sorry!" He wailed, Riku shook his head as you sped up catching up with your brother who was leading the way. Roxas glanced back at Sora and gave him a small smile as Ven managed to catch up with you.
"I hate running." Olette muttered as she and Pence followed behind the others. Namine nodded.
"I hope we're not too late." She stammered.
"It doesn't matter now, I can see the gates!" Xion said gasping for air.
"I know the saying is leave no man behind, but man Sora, I think we're gonna have to!" Hayner laughed as you all ran up the stairs as all the other students were already in their homeroom classes. Sora sighed.
"Thanks guys!" He moaned as you giggled.

"Heard you guys were running late?" Reno said as you sat down in your seat.
"Yeah..." You mumbled as you switched your computer. Ven glanced at you, and you raised an eyebrow.
"You okay there?" He asked, as everyone glanced at you. You folded your arms over your chest and thought about it for a moment.
"No." You finally muttered. Everyone's eyes widened in shock, you were always so happy.
"What's wrong {Name}?" Namine asked concern evident. You glanced at her and pouted.
"I have to see Xemnas at lunch."
The group facepalmed and smiled at you.
"Is that all?" Axel laughed, you smacked his arm lightly and frowned.
"I don't want to see the principal."
"Why?" Ven chuckled, you glanced at him.
"Because all I can think of is Zebra's and you guys making fun of him and Zack calling him Mansex. I don't know how I'm going to sit in a room with just him." You confessed, Reno ruffled your hair laughing slightly and you sighed.
"You're not nice."
"Sorry it's funny, we thought it was something serious, got it memorised?" Axel teased, Namine tapped her chin.
"Why does he want to see you?" She asked, you shrugged.
"Our homeroom teacher said it had something to do with me settling in, don't know why he didn't invite Hayner." You grumbled. Sa'ix walked in and glanced at your group before sighing.
"Sinclair's try not to talk to anyone this lesson." He said, you raised an eyebrow and Reno and Axel shared a knowing look as you all got on with your work.

You and the seniors entered the class to see Luxord sitting there with a smirk on his lips and his arms folded staring at you all.
"Welcome students today is judgement day. I hope you have your essays ready for me. Get to your seats and we'll get started on your next assessment, granted we will not be starting it till next term. Now answer when I call your names and bring up your essay." Luxord said leaning forward to glance at his book.
"He's way too excited about this." Prompto muttered, you nodded in agreement.
"At least everyone completed the essay." Aqua said, Axel glanced at Rikku.
"Barely." He mused, she poked her tongue out at him and you smiled.
"Well, most of you did leave it till the last minute." Genesis said, Zexion nodded. Zack scoffed,
"you didn't disagree when we all went to {Name}'s to study." He said, you glanced at him as Yuffie's name was called.
"Try not to fight whilst I'm gone." She muttered bouncing away to Luxord.
"Of course not, we all wanted to see her... some more than others." Genesis said drumming his fingers on the desk, giving you a cheeky smile. Reno raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean by that?" He said curiously,
"{Name}." Luxord glanced up and you stood up, legs shaking as you grabbed your folder and took it up to the front.
"Hello princess, this task wasn't too hard for you?" He asked, you shook your head.
"I had a lot of fun." You said as you placed down your paper, he nodded and checked your name and glanced back up at you.
"Well I look forward to reading it. Tell me your highness, several of the teachers wish to give you more lenience with your assessments. What would you say to that? Xemnas wants to make you feel as welcomed and important as possible." He said, you raised an eyebrow.
"Sir, just treat me like the other students, I'm not different." You said firmly, Luxord nodded and clasped his hands together.
"Good. I wouldn't want to anyway. One moment." He stood up and his eyes turned to a fighting trio. "ZACK! AXEL! RENO! What are you three doing this time?!" He yelled, you glanced back at your friends and stopped yourself from laughing as they glanced at Luxord eyes wide like they'd been caught stealing.
"Nothing Sir." Zack responded, Luxord sighed and rubbed his temple before sitting down.
"Though, I will say this your highness... you need better friends. Those three are idiots." He muttered, you giggled.
"Thanks Sir, but they're good." You said defending your three idiots. Luxord waved his hand dismissively.
"If you say so, now back to your seat and begin on the task on the board.... Yuna up you come." He said as you headed back to your seat you high fived Yuna and hurried back to your seat, smacking the trio.
"Would you guys behave once in this class." You laughed, Axel huffed and folded his arms.
"Not likely, got it memorised." He said, you laughed.
"Yeah I do." You said happily, you read the board and got on with your work as the boys stared at you in confusion.
"She's in a good mood." Zack noted as you smiled doing your work.

You were sat in your group and were staring at the yellow flame burning in the centre of your table. At the front was Vexen demonstrating the tasks but your group was clearly distracted by fire. You sighed occasionally taking notes as Kairi glanced down at her phone every so often.
"You know... Benchball announcements is soon." Xion whispered as she wrote down notes. You nodded in agreement, Sora glanced at you both.
"Do you think you got in?" He asked, you and Xion exchanged a look before both shrugging your shoulders.
"I think so... I was talking to Tifa last night and Lightning said, she had a strong line up and that she was really impressed at tryouts." Xion said, Sora nodded.
"I'm sure you're all in." Roxas said giving you both a smile. Kairi glanced up from her phone,
"what's going on?" She said cluelessly, you smirked and Xion rolled her eyes as Sra nudged her smiling.
"Nothing Kairi. Just carry on with your work." You giggled as she shrugged her shoulders.
"We need to go Halloween shopping." She murmured, causing Xion to glance up from her work.
"Oh crap! Yeah. Shall we tell the others and go... next week?" She asked, you nodded.
"Sounds good." You said, "shall we tell the others?" You asked, only to have Kairi give you a smirk. Your phone began to buzz over and over again. You shook your head eyeing Kairi sternly, who poked her tongue out at you. You pulled your phone out of your pocket.

You chuckled and put your phone away as Kairi gave you a thumbs up. You were now excited for your first girl shopping trip.

"SEIFER! STOPPING MESSING ABOUT!" You yelled, losing your patience and the will to live. You didn't have long left before your assessment and Seifer was feeling ill and was not cooperating with you.
"{Name} stop yelling at me. We're gonna ace the assessment our piece is amazing better than any of those losers." He said signalling to your brother and your friends groups. You rolled your eyes and tapped your nails on the mask.
"Fine. I'll just do my monologue." You stomped off and sat by yourself in the corner of the room. You rolled your eyes as you listened to Seifer moan and whine. You inhaled deeply and slowly went through your monologue quietly to yourself.

Once you had finished you heard a small clap from behind you. You turned around to see Yuna grinning at you.
"Oh hi, Yuna."
"That was really sweet {Name}, Marluxia is going to love it!" She said giving you a hug, you hugged her back and smiled at her. "How come you're not doing your duologue?" She asked, you raised an eyebrow and pointed to a lying down Seifer. Yuna sighed,
"I'm so sorry about that. I could do it with you?" She asked before you could answer you felt someone standing behind you and placing a mask on your face. You turned around and your eyes widened behind the mask. You were standing face to face with Vanitas.
"I'm bored of my partner too. Let's work together." He said slyly, Yuna took a step forward and took your hand.
"I don't think so Vanitas..."
"Marly already said it was fine." Vanitas cut her off not even giving her a glance as he took your hand and dragged you away. Yuna watched after you as you sat down opposite Vanitas.
"Let's see who does it better." Vanitas mused, you pursed your lips together and inhaled before the two of you began yours and Seifer's scene.

"Wow. Uh thanks Vanitas." You said after finishing your piece, he shrugged his shoulders and stood up. His eyes flickered to the clock and then back at you.
"I've gotta get going." He shoved his hands into his pockets and you stood up holding onto the mask.
"Uh..." You began, you couldn't understand why you were so nervous. Vanitas glanced back at you and then down at the mask.
"The mask doesn't suit you. But the piece is good. You'll be fine, though your partner seems pretty useless." He gave you a coy smile before walking out of the class. You felt your cheeks burn and Yuna ran up to you, hugging you again.
"Oh my gosh! Don't tell anyone I told you this! But you and Vanitas worked incredibly well together in that scene, I almost wish you and Vanitas, were doing it and not you and Seifer." She whispered, you nodded slightly as you watched the door shut behind Vanitas. Marluxia glanced up and shrugged his shoulders as he continued helping other students. You glanced around the room and you hoped, apart from Yuna, that no one else had seen you working so well with Vanitas.

Xemnas
"Good morning {Name}, it is an honour to meet you." Xemnas said as you closed the door behind you and sat down in the seat opposite Xemnas.
"Thanks..." You muttered quietly, Xemnas watched you carefully.
"We give our apologises we still have not found the culprit." He stood up and walked to a water machine, "where are my manners? Would you like anything to eat or drink?" He asked, you blinked and folded your hands together in your lap.
"A water will do... thank you." You said as he poured you some water and gave it to you. He took a seat and smiled at you.
"Now I received a call from your father and mother. Your mother was anxious to send you home..." He said, your heart sank. "However your father and I convinced her for you and your brother to stay on. Now, I believe that we will be able to work strongly together, if you, your highness keep no secrets. My door is open to you and your brother every day." He said, you pursed your lips together and nodded. "Are you enjoying your classes? Is any staff or student causing any issues? We wouldn't want you feeling sad." He added.
"Xemnas, everything is fine, the classes are great and my friends are wonderful. Am I allowed to go now?" You asked, Xemnas chuckled and stood up he reach forward and shook your hand.
"Of course, go and enjoy the rest of your day."
"Thank you."
"Goodbye your royal highness." He said as you closed the door behind you and hurried back to your class.
Seniors
"What's that supposed to mean?" Reno asked again as you headed up to Luxord. Genesis rolled his eyes and continued with his work.
"Isn't it obvious? The only reason you'd agree to go to a study session is because {Name} was there in the first place." Zexion hissed, Zack folded his arms in annoyance.
"You don't know that. We might actually want to do well this year." He said, Zexion raised an eyebrow and Rikku leant over from her desk.
"Come on, you're only doing well this year because {Name} is smarter than you." She said before turning back around. Axel frowned,
"actually it's our last year. Kinda have to try now." He muttered rolling his eyes.
"And what difference does it make if we go or not? You went too, nerds." Reno grumbled. Paine rubbed her temple and stood up walking to the boys.
"You know she's gonna hear you. Quit it." She said punching each of the boys in the arm as she went to grab a book. The boys whined in pain and Paine frowned at them as she walked back to her seat. The boys glanced back at each other and went straight back to arguing until Luxord stood up and yelled at them, they all paled and glanced at you, you were smiling at them, before they all sat down, sighing sadly.
"She still has no idea..." Zack mused and the others shook their heads in agreement.
