Evan's p.o.v.
I smiled as I looked at all the costumes in front of me. Confused as to why I'm looking at costumes? Well, it's Halloween, duh. I always dress up and either go with Gavin to trick or treating, or I do this stupid costume party with my brothers. It's hosted at our house, so staying home and trying to sleep isn't an option. Plus, I love Halloween regardless and I love dressing up. "Evan. We don't have all day!" Devon growled.
"Go fuck your girlfriend!" I snapped at him with sass.
Devon grabbed my wrist and dragged me to an aisle where there were no people and smacked my ass four hard times. "Watch your mouth, or I swear to God!" Devon growled at me.
"Fuck!" I yelled in pain. "Asshole." I muttered after.
Devon hit me two more times. "No swearing!"
"Fuck that. Says you!" I growled and got out of his grip and ran off.
"Evan!" Devon called after me. I hid behind a mannequin and I heard footsteps.
"Why the fuck was I stuck watching her! Why couldn't Jordan?" He mumbled to himself. I bit my lip to try and not laugh. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and recorded Devon. The reason being is because he was right below a spider animatronic. Now, Devon hates spiders. For a scary guy he is easily defeated by a spider. I pressed the floor mat and it spun down from its fake web and landed in front of Devon. Devon screamed and fell back on his ass. He fell right next to another pop-out spider. I didn't have to press the floor mat to that because he landed on it. It then lunged out at him. Devon moved quickly in one flinch. He scooted right into a mannequin, the one I was behind, and it fell on top of him.
I stood up and walked out, laughing at him with my phone facing him. He tried glaring at me, but it was clear he was still trying to calm his heart from racing. I continued to laugh as I zoomed in on his face, "This is so going on YouTube."
"And you are so dead!" Devon yelled and jumped up, throwing the mannequin off. As he did that, my feet started running in the opposite direction. The video was cut there. "Evan! Get back here!" Devon growled.
"No! You'll hurt me!" I yelled.
"Damn straight!" Devon yelled from behind me.
I ran out of the store and back into the mall. I kept running until I ran into a bathroom. Lucky me. Devon, being a boy, can't come in. I smiled at myself while I went on my YouTube channel and uploaded the video. This could take a bit of time to load, so, I think I'll call Michael. "Mikey..." I said innocently as he answered.
"Evie..." He said in the same tone. "Find a costume?" He asked.
"No because Devon was being mean." I said, pouting slightly.
"Really?" Michael asked.
"Yes...?" I said in a questioning tone.
"Are you sure about that?" Michael asked. "Because that's not what I heard."
I whined. "Michael!"
"Sorry, Evan." Michael said.
"W-Wait, wait-" My phone was grabbed out of my hands. I looked up to see Devon.
"Wow, Evan. Wow..." Devon said as he hung up and slid my phone into his pocket. I looked up at him with sorry eyes.
"Now. You can either stop being a little bitch and only get three swats, or continue being a bitch and get a spanking that you will be wishing you never got." Devon said with arms crossed. "Pick, now."
"First one...?" I whispered in a questioning tone. Devon grabbed my wrist and pulled me closer to him and smacked my ass three times hard. I whined, but kept my comments to myself.
"Hurry up and go pick a costume." Devon said. I nodded. We walked out of the bathroom and back into the Halloween store. I went back to the costumes and picked up one that caught my eye. An Alice In Wonderland costume. An idea rolled into my mind as I picked up the package. I won't just be Alice In Wonderland, I'll be Dead Alice In Wonderland. Devon looked at me. "You gonna be kidding." He said with a small laugh.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing." He said.
I whined, "Tell me!"
"Let's go." He said, avoiding what I was asking and heading in the direction of check out.
"I need fake blood." I said.
Devon paused and faced me again. He rolled his eyes. "Alice in wonderland is a kids movie, Evan." Devon said.
"Exactly." I smiled. Devon followed me around the store looking for fake blood. When we found it, Devon growled at me because the fake blood was next to where we started. I smiled and laughed nervously before running to the checkout. Devon paid and we left after.

Soon it was time to dress up. My brothers started decorating and even set up the patio. I was waiting for Gavin to get here so we could run off into the streets, getting candy. I was fixing up my makeup when the door opened, "Evan?" I heard a voice call. I smiled and jumped out of my bathroom and into Gavin's arms. "Uhh, a dress?" He asked after pulling away a bit.
I ignored his comment and smirked, looking at his outfit. "Awwww!" He was wearing a cartoon pug-looking onesie.
He blushed a bit. "Shush. Justin wanted me to." Gavin said. "He said cute was better than scary."
"No way." I said. "Scary can't be tamed. How'd he get you in that?"
"Well, it wasn't easy-" He blushed. "I said no, then he's like, you did not just say no to me... So to sum it up, he pinned me, seduced me, then slipped it on me." Gavin's face was beet red as he shrugged.
"Awwww." I smirked and then laughed a bit. Told you he tells me everything.
"Now, why are you wearing a dress?" Gavin asked, still a faint blush spread on his cheeks.
"I'm Alice. Dead Alice In Wonderland." I smiled at the way I said that.
Gavin smiled too. "We getting candy?" He asked. I nodded. I'm not a huge candy person, but ya know, this is probably one of the last times I can go trick, or treating.
"Evan! Ready yet?" Todd yelled up at me.
"Yeah!" I yelled back. I grabbed a pillowcase and threw one at Gavin. "Ready?" I asked. Gavin nodded. We went downstairs to see thick cobwebs everywhere, dark blue lights, fake Halloween decorations, and Halloween music playing lowly because no one was there yet. I saw Todd pressed against Aiden. I looked at what Todd was wearing. I started laughing. "What the fuck are you wearing?!" I couldn't see either of their faces, but Todd was wearing a dress that looked like Sally's from Nightmare Before Christmas.
Todd turned and a blush sprung to his cheeks. "Shush!"
"I mean, I love Tim Burton, but Todd. Wow. A dress on you looks good." I smirked at his blushing face. He was dressed just like Sally and Aiden was dressed up like Jack. "But nice costumes."
Aiden smiled. "Back at ya, Alice and Pug." I smiled. Gavin pouted, but then squeaked when Justin wrapped his arms around Gavin's waist.
"Hello, my little pug." Justin whispered in Gavin's ear. Justin was dressed as a video game character. Gavin let a soft noise leave his lips.
"You just can't wait can you?" Justin whispered. "Just wait until you guys come back." Gavin's face was crimson.
"Hey, PG13!" Aiden said.
"Says you." I said. "You're making out with Todd."
Aiden smirked. "Yeah, I was. Wanna see more?" Aiden pulled Todd close and placed his lips on Todd's.
Michael came in. "What? Woah, woah. Children enough." Michael said. I looked at him to see him in black dress pants a white long sleeve button up, but that's all. A little formal, if you ask me. "Evan, Gavin, go. No later than ten." I nodded and went out the door with Gavin.

Soon ten o'clock rolled around and we headed back to my house. "Five bucks says someone's passed out." I smiled. Gavin agreed by nodding. "This is like the most candy we've ever had." I said looking at the pillowcases full of candy.
"Yeah. It's a shit load." Gavin said. We got up to my door and I opened the screen door. "I hate parties." Gavin whined.
All you could really hear is the music from inside and yelling. The lights were even flashing out the windows. "I hate them too, but it's only friends and family and your boy toy." I smirked. Gavin began to blush. I laughed a bit. "You could go to your room." Yes, Gavin did have his own room here due to him always being here. Plus the house is big enough for fifteen other people to have their own room. -Okay, that's a little dramatic.
"Yeah, but I don't wanna leave Justin." Gavin pouted.
I placed my hand on the doorknob. "Take him with you." I said in a duh tone as I opened the door. Doing so made the music even louder. I shut the door as soon as we both stepped in. I smiled as I saw some people I know. Others were just random friends of my brothers. I took mine and Gavin's candy upstairs and placed his in his room and mine in my room. I smiled seeing Greg, he was looking at my wall with all my pictures. He wore a purple long coat and his hair was spray-painted green.
"Who are these two?" He asked.
I walked over and looked at the picture he was looking at. "Oh. That's Hope and Faith. We used to be friends..." I said softly.
"Why are they still on your wall?" He asked.
We made eye contact. His face was painted white, although it was chipping. He had red lipstick on that went from cheek to cheek and dark eye makeup around his eyes; The Joker. "I'm not sure. Maybe because I don't wanna lose the good memories." I said with a shrug.
"But won't you remember bad ones as well?" Greg asked.
"It's a price I'm willing to pay..." I said and sat on my bed.
"Evan, I wanted to talk to you about the kiss." Greg sat next to me.
I rolled my eyes. "What kiss?" I asked.
He raised his eyebrow. "Did it mean anything to you?"
"Well, I know you care and love me.." I shrugged.
"That's all it was." Greg said quickly. We sat in silence for a moment before he spoke again, "I got back together with Lainey... I'm sorry."
I smiled softly. "Good. I'm glad you guys are together." I told him truthfully. "I feel like you guys help each other." I added.
"What about you?" He asked.
"What about me?" I asked.
"Is my pretty girl dating anyone?" He clarified.
"I am." I spoke. "Her name is Erika."
Greg smiled and hugged me. "Evan, that's amazing." He rubbed my back a bit before pulling away. "Good. Let's go downstairs and party." Greg stood up and held his hand out for me to take which I gladly did. We went downstairs and I saw my brother's costumes. Jordan and Gracie were vampires. Devon and Callie were Frankenstein's monster and the Bride of Frankenstein. Danny was a werewolf, and Seth was a prisoner. Drake was Cylde and Mariah dressed as Bonnie from a new movie released on the infamous criminals. Michael was a magician which made sense with what he was wearing and Benny was the assistant which made me laugh. I wish he was wearing a dress, but sadly he wasn't. I was sad that Erika couldn't make it, she had work and was sick. I danced with Greg on the patio outside and we laughed at other people's costumes. The rest of the night went well, but sadly it ended too fast for my liking and Gavin did owe me five bucks. When it came to people leaving, I passed out on Greg.
