"Alright you're all set."
The front desk lady said as she smiled.
Today was the day Michael was going home.
"Just remember to schedule an appointment so we can make sure he's all better, but for now you guys can go."
"Thank you."
Luke couldn't be happier to get out of that hell hole.
Luke stared down at his lovely boyfriend, holding his hand all the way to their car.
Karen started driving and they were actually going home.
"How long have we been at the hospital?"
"It's been 4 days.
First day was your actual surgery, a few hours later they though you died.
Then next two were to make sure you were okay."
"And thank the lord you are."
Luke snuggled up to him and Michael giggled.
"We're home."

Luke invited Karen and Michael over to his house for something special.
Luke put out food and drinks.
He ate a bunch because he's been living on hospital food for four days.
But at the very moment he was snuggled against Michael's side and Michael was petting his hair.
Luke lifted his shirt slightly, revealing the stitches he had and the area around it was red.
Luke really wanted to punch the doctors who ruined his beautiful skin by scaring it, permanently.
Michael frowned at the stitches, he hasn't actually looked at it for more than a few seconds.
But now that's it right there, in front of it, he feels ugly.
Michael tried to squirm away from Luke and away from his hands.
He didn't want to be touched, he didn't want Luke to catch his ugliness.
"Baby, what's wrong?"
Luke wanted to hold him some more.
"N-no, please don't touch me."
Michael breathed out.
"Does it hurt?
Did I accidentally hurt you, cause if I did I'm sorry.."
Michael shook his head and wrapped his arms around himself, sitting far from Luke.
"Please baby tell me what's wrong."
"I'm not p-pretty."
Then a tear fell down his face.
