Okay so first off I just wanted to say thank you for driving me to keep this story alive.

He's Here💔
Picture
Dis is Katelyn

Danny's P.O.V.

I slowly opened my eyes as I heard the voices around me.
I groaned and brought my hand up to my head.
There was still a bit of dried blood there. I looked at the foggy image in front of me.

"Who's all in here?" I asked, "my vision's all fuzzy."

I heard a sigh of relief and strong arms carefully hug me.
I laughed weakly, "I assume that's Jace, who else is here?"

"Its us, Allysa and Katelyn."

"Hey, what up Ella."

"Ella?"

"Its my nickname for her."

My vision began slowly fixing itself and I could see a little more clearly.

Then everything came flooding back.

"How long have I been here? And Jace?" I turned to him, "What happened to that white wolf?"

He looked around nervously, " To our surprise, you were out for almost a week, today is Friday. The white wolf, I caught him off guard in his human form and knocked him smooth out.
He's in the cellars as we speak."

I tried to stand up, "I have to go see him."
Jace held me to the bed, "No, you need to stay here and rest."

I growled, "No, you don't understand, I NEED to see him, now!"

Jace pushed me to lay flat on the bed, "Danny, you need to rest!"

"I've been resting for almost a week! Let me up dammit!"

Jace let out an irritated sigh but released me.
I tried to stand up but emediately fell, my fave would've hit the ground if Jace hadn't been there.

I looked at him confused and frustrated.

He sighed sadly, "your back is temporarily immobile, your legs have no way of functioning correctly. The doctor said not would be another week or two before you could start walking again."

Vidalea gasped.

I stayed silent.

Immobile, can't move, ugh, great.

"I still need to see him, I have to ask him something."

Jace nodded nervously, "Alright but, he has been tortchered pretty bad, fair warning, I will escort you down there when you are ready."

We made our decent down the steps into the cellar.
The place was crazy reinforced and had guards at every corner.

We walked in silence down the hall, listening to the whispers of the other prisoners.

Talk about deja vu.
Vidalea chimed.
I rolled my eyes and continued to look ahead of Jace.

We reached a big metal door with different locks and security codes.

Sheesh, overboard much?
Vidalea seemed unimpressed with the door.
Again, I rolled my eyes as Jace carried us inside the cell.

There he was.
He had shifted back into his wolf and was laying on the floor.

He looked more than pretty bad, he looked awful.

I could see on his fur where their had been lashes given to him and cut from silver knives.
He looked weak and beaten to the point of no movement.

I looked at the once white wolf in both sadness and hate.

His green eyes flickered to where we were. I clutched Jace's shoulders so I could balance myself.
The wolf growled, but it turned into a whimper.

He really was in a lot of pain.

I looked at Jace, "Set me down next to him, please."

Jace looked reluctant, but did as he was tofur

The wolf looked up at my face, then at my back and legs.
He looked back at me with guilt, he whimpered and tried to move.

I propped myself up on my elbow and I began to stroke the wolf's fur.

I continued petting the wolf, he stared at me still with a dull and tired look.

I looked back into his eyes and for the first time I realized they were a vibrant green.
I smiled at the wolf and he whimpered in relief.

All of a sudden, the wolf had begun to shift.
I pulled my hand back as Jace pulled me away from the wolf.

Jace ran to the corner and grabbed a pair of shorts and sprinted to the shifting wolf.

I shut my eyes, waiting for Jace to return signaling that he had gotten his shorts.

I felt Jace's hand on my shoulder.

I slowly opened my eyes. The man was laying, face to the wall.
I could see his messy brown hair and his muscular body.

Vidalea cringed,
Why the hell does he look and smell so familiar?
I took a wiff of the air.

Mint.

I gasped and tried to crawl to him.

Have picked me up and carried me over there.

He set me down next to him, I pulled on his hand.
He looked up at me with those green eyes and gave a weak smile.

I started to cry, "L-Luke."
I whispered.
Hegrowl a weak smile, "Hi...Princess...."
The tears flowed, I dragged myself over to his face and placed my forehead on his.
He reached to touch my cheek, but thought better of it.

The was a growl at the door and I looked over. There, still standing where I'd left him, was a very confused and angry Jace.

He continued to growl and Luke gave a feeble growl and reached to touch my forehead.

Jace sprinted at us.
He slapped Luke in the face and picked me up to leave.

I began to scream and slap at his chest angrily.
I didn't want to leave him here.

"Danny..." Luke called feebly.
He stretched his hand out in my direction as if he could pulle back into his embrace again.

"Luke!" I screamed. I continued to slap at Jace and growl viciously.

Whoa, we've growled before but that one sounded like an actual wolf growl.

Vidalea seemed impressed with us but continued to be pissed off.

"Jace, take me back over there. Right now Jace, right now!"

He frowned at me, "Why?! He was touching you AND he knew your name."

"That's because he's my mate Jace!"
I screeched.
He face went blank and pale.
I looked up at him and he simply dropped me. As u hit the floor, I landed on my shoulder. I gasped in pain as he walked out, without shutting the door.

I looked at Luke.
I began to crawl to him, "Luke, hang on."

H reached his hand to meet mine. The context sent sparks through my body.

He pulled me the rest of the way and hugged me tight.
I rubbed his hand and gave a sniffle.
I know I hated him but he is my mate and I need him.
Its been too long.

I began to silently cry. The years flowing down my face.
One fell on his hand and he brushed the tears away.
"Hey now", he began," don't cry, we will get out of here, I promise."

"Luke?"

"Yes?"

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure, ask away."

I looked at him," Why does this pack hate you so much and why did you threaten to kill their pups?"

He gave a guilty sigh, "This pack and my pack have always hated each other, from the every beginning. And the...other thing, was out of pure anger of myself and sadness of loosing you."

I looked back at him again, "Why were you angry with yourself?"

"That's a story for another time, you look like you need sleep."

I yawned, "I don't want to sleep though."

He smirked, "You're tired princess, at least try to sleep."

I nodded and laid my head down on his arm.

And like I knew I would, I fell into a deep sleep that I didn't mind being in.

And for once, I genuinely smiled.
